Location of the hotel was perfect walking distance from main station. The lift was not working during my stay, which was not ideal.

The hotel is located right across the central station which also has a tram terminal. Basically, from the hotel, the old town is accessible via the tram, of course one can walk through the main avenue (which is also not a bad idea). Do not expect the type of “service” that you get when in other hotels though. But it is all good.

close to Train Station and within walking distance of most tourist locations.
A lot of light at night coming from Mini Bar in room, very bright (but you could put a towel over it to cut out the light).

I noticed some stains on the bed sheets and curtains! I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood! The elevator is super tiny!

The staff and service were excellent, the front desk gentlemen were prompt and friendly, they attended our demands professionally, bathroom and floors need to be redesigned, other than that, our stay was ok
