"We chose the Superhouse by the Li River because we had previously stayed at a resort by the Yulong River and were looking for a bit of variety – and it definitely did not disappoint. The property is truly impressive: a converted former factory with a spacious layout and many interesting buildings. It’s a highlight in itself, especially if you are interested in architecture and design. The view of the Li River is fantastic, and the pool is great as well – although it is not heated, so you need to be a bit brave in spring. The rooms are exceptional, with high-quality materials and a strong focus on design and detail – truly impressive. One small downside was the bar: even when it wasn’t very busy, the music was quite loud, even in the late afternoon. The drink selection was somewhat limited, and it seemed that the bartender was not extensively trained – but these are minor points. Dinner, on the other hand, was excellent – very high quality and absolutely enjoyable. The next morning, breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection and excellent quality – nothing was missing. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth recommending. The location is a bit remote, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere, but it also means you’ll usually need a Didi to reach other restaurants. However, that’s easy and inexpensive in China. A must-stop."

"Banyan was a beautiful stay for our family- everything was superbly clean and staff members were impeccably professional, polite, and kind.  My daughters enjoyed the animal feeding sessions, as well as fishing and leaf painting.  Jennie in the restaurant was lovely in assisting us at the restaurant, and definitely a WOW level of service.  The chef at breakfasts went out of his way to make sure our culinary needs were met, and even personally prepared a dish that we mentioned.  Steven and Moore gave great professional service as well, often handling our wine, desserts, and various other special requests.  We enjoyed the bamboo raft that came as part of Villa package, and also a photographer for an hour, although we did pay out of pocket for more ornate costume selection and makeup, as well as purchasing for more than 5 photos allotted with the package. But we’re happy to do so! I do wish the pool had longer opening hours, as the kiddos loved splashing and wanted an evening swim as well. Would also be nice to have more cool down activities for kiddos during the very hot early afternoon hours.  To end, staff went above and beyond in making sure my daughter had a special celebration and perks for her birthday, thanks to our representatives and Danny! They were super patient and thoughtful."

"This place is impeccable: 1. Our concierge literally responded in less than 5 minutes EVERY TIME. Whenever we need to go somewhere, they called a cart for us almost immediately. They also responded to other nuances quickly, such as hot water, WiFi, everyday issues. 2. The breakfast and afternoon tea are amazing. Everything is FRESHLY made, not pre-packaged food. We, a bunch of 20+’s, fell in love with their chips and fried fish. The fried fish is so good! 3. What really impressed us was that we left an AirPod in the room - they informed us almost immediately before we left. Very honest and attentive people! 4. When we left, the rain was pouring - they were really helpful on loading the luggages, even in very heavy rain to our car. Even with such impeccable services, they never came to bother us “give us a good review on the platform”. So I can assume all reviews here are very honest. Not to mention the beautiful views and the clean pools. We’d definitely come back again!"

Odaya nefis bir ikindi çayı servis edildi ve kızım gül banyosu yapmak istedi, bu nedenle ona kocaman bir kırmızı gül buketi hediye edildi. Çatı katındaki yüzme havuzunun da tadını çıkardık. "Otel güzel ve oda rahat yataklarla büyük. Otelde havuz, kütüphane ve çocuk oyun odası var. Personel çok cana yakın ve yardımsever, özellikle 小开 ve 小梁 çok dikkatli ve bize yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar, örneğin valizlerimizi dışarıya taşıyorlar, her zaman önce asansöre binmemize veya inmemize izin veriyorlar. Ayrıca fotoğraf stüdyosunda çalışan 甜甜 adında genç bir bayan var. Çok dürüst ve satış yapmak için ısrarcı değil. Bu otelin tek dezavantajı konumu, tüm gece hayatının olduğu 西街'dan biraz uzakta. "Overall, I would recommend. The staff is super friendly and helped to pick us up from the local pier after our cruise and provided rides to and from West Street and helped to set up us up with a driver to take us to the train station. They provided daily breakfast (decent), afternoon tea (coffee, a cake, fruits) and daily fruit. They also connected us to local tour guide. The room overall was very nice. The only thing is that part of the view faced the back of the hotel which most of the time had people there and that’s where the bathtub was situated so I couldn’t really enjoy the view. Part of the center of the room was also obstructed by hotel beside it. The front of the room faced the front swimming pool and parking lot. So there wasn’t much privacy if the curtains were opened which kind of defeated the purpose of having a panoramic view. The view that we did have of the mountains was nice though. And on the last night the hot water wasn’t working for some reason… it was only warm, since it was our last night we did not mention anything."

"This hotel has absolutely stunning view of Yangshuo! The entrance of the hotel wasn’t that easy to see but once we reached the reception we were met with the friendly smiles of the reception staff. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but they did their best to rush the room to be ready and it was ready before the normal check in time. The weather was so good on that day so we had lunch at the restaurant while waiting for the room and we sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view and sunshine. Throughout our stay the staff were very professional and helpful with any questions or requests we had. They helped us book several tourist attractions and advised us on what would be the best choices for us. Before our departure, they even prepared a small farewell gift which was very sweet and made us really happy. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Yangshuo and I highly recommend it to everyone regardless if traveling with family or friends etc!"

"A lovely and relaxing stay just by the yulong river. The rooms are spacious and clean. Easy to get a Didi to get to places here at Yangshuo, just 15 minutes away to Ruyi Peak. Also enjoyed the breakfast and hotel restaurant which serves local food (we had most of our meals there). The kids enjoyed the pool very much. We also had a photography session by the river."

"100% will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Yangshuo. The hotel is newly built and immaculate. We got upgraded a bigger room and the view of the mountain was tranquillizing. The service desk was very helpful and helped us book tickets as well as gave us recommendations. Highly accommodating and caring. Service level is 100!  Not to mention, the bed was sooo comfortable my dad slept all through the night. Pillows were also very comfortable with memory foam option as well.  Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from and were decent quality. Both Chinese and western options were available.  There’s also a small back mountain and small cave to explore behind the hotel.  I would definitely stay here again if I visit yangshuo."

"Had a really pleasant stay in this hotel. The hotel room was very clean and the services were top notch. Special thanks to 阿豪, he’s really very helpful and attentive. He observed that my husband and I love the Lohanguo drink and prepared some for us to bring back to my country. Breakfast was pretty good too. We enjoyed the Guilin noodle very much. The view of the hotel was really stunning too! Have a very good impression with SYYF hotel! How I wish I could stay there longer and enjoy the lovely room😂"
