"We only stayed for one night so it was fine. The room spacious enough and beds are comfortable. Room had a kettle and cups with the usual amenities but no spoon to stir your coffee..... The room had a bath and shower but the bath was not properly cleaned and the soap scum marks was visible. We booked for 2 people but there was only one robe in the cupboard. Walls are not sound proof so each time our neighbors opened the tap or flushed the toilet we could hear it. Reception and check in was polite and easy."

"A huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy. However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race."
