Atlantica Macae Hotel is situated at what I term it as the quiet end of the beach. It is probably the best hotel out of the others that I have stayed at. Rginaldo at front desk is always helpful. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. As my Portuguese is very limited Rgnildo always helped me to get by as his spoken English is fluent and always ready to help out in any way.

I went several times to this hotel. And the quality is really lower than in the past. Each time we ask anything tho the hotel (to bring a glass to drink, to bring a smoothing iron, to ask food, to ask to collect clothes for laundry), it's necessary to phone 2-3 times because nobody takes our request into account, nobody does anything, and it takes many times to be able to get our request.
For lunch it's very long. When ordering it take 1h (in the best case) to 1h30 to deliver a plate a pasta...!!!!! For dinner, you have to book at 17h30 your dinner for the night ! I never saw that anywhere.
And for breakfast, we have only plastic cutelry (see picture), it seems we are doing a picnic ! But the hotel price, is not the price of a picnic...!!!
The price of the hotel today, doesn't worth the service. The service was very bad during my last stay. I was suprised, it was not like that in the past.

You should visit this hotel. All staff friendly and helpful manner. All services good.food, housekeeping Pool aslo nice place Food also good Specially thanks to Reinaldo. Location also nice infront of beach.

Atendimento tanto da recepção quanto do restaurante excelente. Vim com minha filha pequena e fui mto bem atendida. O hotel está de parabéns pela qualidade se seus funcionários. Wesley do restaurante que pessoal agradável, gentil, atendimento deles perfeito. A comida mto boa. Recepção do hotel que gentileza também. Que não mude, pois a experiência foi ótima. Voltarei mais vezes. Ps: obrigada Wesley, Leonardo, Thais, Hugo, neuza...esqueci o nome dos outros mas todos estão de parabéns.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, em frente a praia, quartos super confortáveis, café da manhã maravilhoso, a comida é sem comentários, tem um buffet no jantar que é simplesmente perfeito, o chef está de parabéns! Super recomendo o hotel!

Parabenizo aos funcionários pelos meus 42 dias de hospedagem, pelo excelente tratamento que tive, as camareiras pela limpeza do meu quarto, os meninos e meninas que trabalham no restaurante, por serem sempre solícitos e sempre prontos para atender bem as pessoas os recepcionistas , a equipe da gastronomia pela excelentes comidas muitos saborosas. Parabenizar Hugo pelo seu profissionalismo uma excelente pessoa sempre prontos para atender e sempre alegre. Foi um prazer estar hospedado nesse grandioso hotel.

Fiquei hospedado no Royal por 1 mês, no período de 10 de abril até 09 de maio, foi uma experiência incrível. As instalações, o atendimento de todos os funcionários impecáveis, a comida, a localização… tudo muito perfeito. Já estou ansioso para o meu retorno.

Excelente serviço de quartos,sem falar que os travesseiros são macios e confortáveis . atendimento ótimo na recepção,sem falar da ótima refeição,e garçons atenciosos e educados estou muito satisfeito com todos os serviços oferecidos pelo Royal Atlântica de Macaé.
