Beautiful place to stay, and renting the boat was a great experience. It was our first time, and our kids really enjoyed it. The team that gave instructions and supported with onboarding was really great. Although quite a lot of money, you get the value back. Half a day is enough to experience a boat trip, but can imagine people wanting to visit other villages around the lake, would like a whole day.

The location is great, the people are friendly. The description of the apar**ent did not match reality. The furniture was old and torn. Due to the extra bed the door did not close. Etcetera. The people were aware and understanding and even tried to fix some of the issues. Be careful because there are several owners and the apar**ents will be different.

The rooms and the amenities in the resort are really good and the location is good for Maccagno and also for exploring the rest of the Maggiore area. You get one key set when you arrive, it can make life complicated if you are a group of adults who might come and go at different times- you can ask for another set (as we discovered on the last day!) Recommend hiring on of Roman's boats from GoGa Experience attached to the resort. Also, the new bar and ice cream parlour will be a great addition to the resort.

Mooi gelegen aan het meer..ruime kamers . Verder niets te beleven. 1 bar waar je s'avonds nog terecht kan maar je zeker geen dorst mag hebben en dan nog lekker waterige cocktails. Enkel een superette. Bij boeking bespaar je de kosten van het ontbijt. Trekt op niets en de bediening daar zeker al niet. Lopen er blind rond.je bestelde koffie of thee komt na 'dat je reeds hebt gegeten .Enkel de Sterren voor de kamer, zwembad en ligging aan het meer.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am See, mit Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage, sogar unser E-Auto konnten wir laden.

Excellent séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé. A notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle était en panne. Nous avons réclamé et il a été remplacé par un neuf le lendemain par un service technique aimable et efficace.
Piscine assez grande et ne manque pas de transats.
Etant en période Covid, les petits déjeuners étaient hélas servis en chambre sous forme de panier repas.
