My family has stayed at this property for the past 10 years on our way to Florida, its convenient, great location. We were placed in a room close to the stairwell this stay and the door slammed all night long, so none of us were able to get much sleep. Not the property's fault, but something to make sure we avoid next stay.

Facility ok. Horrible smell coming from behind the glass in front of the front desk. Couldn’t tell if it was body odor or what.

Reasonably price hotel in a convenient location.
Women at front desk was not strong with basic customer service - saying hello, asking your name for check in etc. Maybe she was having a tough day.

The room was really spacious. It had a couch and a little wall separating where the bed was. Everything was clean. Couch was stained but not dirty just wear and tear. Easy check in and checkout, nice staff, overall great hotel with even a gym, breakfast, conference area. Budget friendly!

There was free breakfast the next morning after my stay, but the area was teeming with a ton of people. There was literally no real breakfast area. And the air was apparently not working in the breakfast/lobby area. It was so hot! Not sure I would stay again, just for those 2 reasons.

My husband & I both have CPAP machines. There was not enough plug ins by the bed for our machines. I asked for extension cord which they did not have. Therefore we couldn’t use our machines to sleep. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Nice spot. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was so-so but coffee was delicious.

Not a great experience. Staff was indifferent at best & rude at worst. The best representation came from the housekeeping staff. Won’t be back…..ever.

They need to update the quality control on things. When I talked to front desk about issues it seemed they didn’t care
