Very friendly front desk woman Very considerate Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff extremely nice

We arrived at 12:30 am and was told a room went out of service and they had to give our room to someone else. We had nowhere to stay and had to drive 4 hours home. Will never book this hotel again

It was a wonderful stay. Every staff member was super polite, nice, and kind.

No phone in room. No extra blanket. Loud A/C unit. Loud guests in pool in middle of the night. No shelves in mini-fridge.

I called ahead to inform the hotel we would need a late check in and they said we will have you ready for express check in. When we arrived at the hotel at 1am, they immediately handed us the key to the room. We were in our room right away, however, when we opened the door to the room, we were all taken away by the smell(terrible old dusty, dingy, body odor type smell)..we were all so tired, we just turned the air down some, showered and went to bed...the next morning the smell was still pretty rough, so we informed the staff and they found us another room. It was much better. The staff is the only thing I can say that made our stay enjoyable. They were very friendly and professional. However, The hotel needs to be completely renovated. The rooms are decent(other than the 1 that smelled), but the hallways leading to the rooms show signs of age. Until they renovate, I would not recommend staying there.

All of the Staff was amazing and so kind! Especially the lovely lady serving Breakfast! Their Breakfast was so good!

Rooms and location were great. Would definitely stay again.
