Hilton Madison Monona Terrace

There’s a major lack of communication about the use of amenities on the website and with the front desk we called to make sure we would have access to the pool prior to booking was told it would not be an issue after calling the day of or reservation to to confirm was told we could or use the area until 1pm, we specifically booked here for the use of the pool area while waiting for our room. Apparently the entire hotel uses the pool area from 9am until 1pm and then the are all removed from the pool area even though no one is enforcing those rules in the pool area as it’s “Managed” by a team of people that just stroll around. We canceled our reso after a very unproductive chat with the first desk.

Beautiful room with an incredible view of the lake. Very clean and elegant. Staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Like it all. Nice room. Comfortable, clean. Great view. HVAC was noisy. Shut it off and perfect temp throughout the night. Wonderful staff. Very tasty breakfast options in restaurant. Would stay here again

Liked everything besides the parking. Had hard time the first night and had to go across the street to fine additional parking.

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Everything was perfect, from location to staff and room comfort. Really enjoyed our time.

The property was nice and good to stay at the reason we gave it a good rating was because the garbage was not emptied in our bathroom from the previous people and our refrigerator did not work. They do have a nice bar though and a shuttle that will drop you off to things nearby.

My daughter and I were just looking for a night to relax. Room service for dinner was exceptional. Staff helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I will definitely recommend the hotel and stay there in the future.

No free coffee, little hot water, parking is expensive and difficult to navigate
