One of the best hotels we have stayed. Best location, very near the center and the cableway. Great, warm and very attentive staff. The restaurant offers a great variety of dishes and excellent quality. You will feel at home once you enter the hotel. Looking forward to coming back.

Spent a fabulous 7 nights at the St Raphael in first week of Feb 2024. Cannot fault the service, all very friendly and helpful. Food was fantastic and plentiful, waiters were very attentive. Bar was great and Antonio was brilliant. The only small issue was that the shower was a bit on the small side! Didn’t affect us as we are of normal build, but a bigger person might struggle! The spa was lovely, but the pool was a bit too cool, I don’t think it was the 30-degrees C that it was supposed to be. We are lucky enough to have a pool of our own, so know what 30c feels like. But these a minor points, overall would give the hotel 10 out of 10 and if we go back to Madonna Di Campiglio, it would be our first choice. Highly recommended.

Centrally located, rooms are small but ok. Restaurant: buffet wasn't attractive, bread was hard, salmon was dry, personel unfriendly. Group of nine hat to split on two seperate tables because of Covid, but these two tables were far from each other. They seated us for breakfast at the same tables and table cloths still hat stains from the dinner. Can't recommend to eat here.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nella settimana 18/25 febbraio con la mia famiglia e alcuni amici ed è stata solo una conferma di quanto già sapevo, essendoci già stata a marzo 2022. L'hotel è molto carino e confortevole, tutto il personale gentilissimo dal primo all'ultimo. Nota di merito alla cucina senza glutine: mio figlio celiaco ha avuto la possibilità di scegliere sempre lo stesso menù proposto a tutti gli altri e non è cosa scontata. Le camere comfort sono accoglienti e calde, la mia aveva un delizioso affaccio sul ruscello, la sala ristorante molto carina così come la hall. Per quanto riguarda la spa, purtroppo non sono riuscita a godermela anche se la ricordo perfetta. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, consiglierei una ristrutturatina ai bagni, magari un pò datati. È pur vero che, di fronte al servizio offerto, poi è un dettaglio che non rileva. Ringrazio tutto il personale per averci fatto trascorrere una settimana all'insegna del più completo relax. P.s. l' hotel è anche in posizione strategica, trovandosi vicinissimo alla cabinovia di Pradalago e comunque vicino anche al centro del paese

Cucina ottima e camerieri bravissimi fanno di questo posto un hotel a 4 stelle. Proprietari gentilissimi. A due passi dalla piazza. Arredamento un po' datato. Consiglio di alzare le temperature nella zona piscina! Comunque ci ritornerei!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti ed è stato tutto perfetto: stanza pulita, hotel centralissimo e cibo di ottima qualità (sia per la colazione con vasta scelta, dolce e salata, sia per la cena, con piatti tipici e non). Personale cortese e competente. Consigliato

È la terza volta che torniamo in questa struttura e ci sentiamo a casa. L’Hotel St Raphael ha solo aspetti positivi, a partire dalla posizione centralissima e vicina alle piste, alla gentilezza dei proprietari e di tutto il personale, sempre disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni esigenza della clientela, fino ad arrivare alla eccellente cucina. Il centro benessere è superlativo, consiglierei forse di aumentare un pochino la temperatura della piscina per raggiungere la perfezione assoluta!

Grazie al suggerimento di un familiare abbiamo scoperto questo hotel di Campiglio, che abbiamo scelto per una settimana di metà Marzo. Che dire, esperienza super positiva: posizione, personale, cibo, servizi, insomma tutto davvero ottimo, accompagnato da un rapporto qualità prezzo introvabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

Hotel centralissimo, ottima posizione, pulito e accogliente. Il personale, dal primo all’ultimo senza eccezioni, di una gentilezza unica, hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza compreso cibo apposito per il pranzo dei più piccoli. I proprietari (la famiglia Vidi) professionali e disponibili ci hanno supportato in modo encomiabile per gli imprevisti che si sa con i bambini non mancano mai. Colazioni e cene buonissime ed abbondanti con molta scelta. Davvero eccezionale, come stare a casa!
