Genelde her hafta sonu bir otel odası ayırtırım.Hiç şüphe yok ki bu otel en iyi rezervasyon.Resepsiyon personeli otele çok güler yüzlü ve kibar.Bize harika olduğunu düşündüğüm bir süit verdiler. Kanepe ve TV'li bir oturma odası vardır.4 sandalyeli küçük bir masa ve kendinize çay veya kahve yapmak isterseniz bir su ısıtıcısı vardır.Yatak çok rahat ve sanayi bölgesi olduğu için iyi uyuduk. Gürültü yok, kalite ve fiyat tavsiye ederim. büfeleri var

出差這麼多次酒店第一次給評價、酒店checkin服務真的很垃圾、衹有兩個人辦理、這個酒店是航空公司中轉酒店、超級多人排隊入住！辦理入住一個小時以上、小夥伴們避坑
訂了兩個雙床房、結果給了一個大床一個雙床！無語

Was a good hotel. The shuttle that takes you to the airport is not very reliable, they have a few times it will pick you up in the morning .

Friendly service and accommodating staff. Clean rooms. Appreciate the restaurant remains open until 11PM.

We stayed one night at the Madrid Airport Suites, because of a ridiculously early flight out the next morning.
The hotel itself is nothing special -- dated facility, but clean. The restaurant was only serving buffet dinner, which had a nice variety, but the food had obviously been in the warmer for a long time. Beds were decently comfortable, and the bedding was quite nice.
We really appreciated the airport shuttle, and were surprised with a bag breakfast to take with us at 3:30 in the morning.
When looking for a place to sleep near Madrid airport without lots of frills, this is a great option.

Did not enjoy this stay one bit. Lots of people roaming around, unsure if they are staying there or living there but it made us feel uneasy. Not the cleanest, people aren’t friendly that work there. The place is next to nothing with one restaurant attached with limited hours of being open. They claim to offer shuttling service to local attractions (on their webpage) which isn’t the case. They claim to offer shuttling to the airport every 45 minutes however, no one there bothers to inform you that you need to reserve a spot on the shuttle so $15 euro taxi fare later, we were very happy to say goodbye to this hotel never to return again!
