Berbat…. Kirli ve çok kötü bir hizmet.. tavsiye edemem… Çok kirli olduğu için ayrıldık. Bize biri kırık ve kirli olmak üzere 3 farklı oda gösterdiler. Hizmet yok ve para iadesi yok. Yakındaki 7 Islas otele gittik ve muhteşemdi..

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!!! pasamos la estancia a oscuras, salto el diferencial y al pedir el reembolso de la cantidad abonada, nos han culpado argumentando que quizas hemos cargado un movil en mal estado. 173 euros habitacion superior solo alojamiento y estuvimos sin luz desde la 1.30 de la madrugada, pidiendo cargar el movil en recepcion ya que tampoco teniamos corriente electrica. nos pusieron un foco portatil para poder asearnos en el baño por la mañana. la direccion me ha denegado el reembolso.NO RECOMENDABLE!!!! LEERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR......

Horrible, dirty, bad service left after 10 minutes and am not recommending this to anybody.. the towels dirty, the blankets sure haven’t been washed for years… abaluhotel is one and the same and the people working there are really incompetent. There was another girl in wheelchair and the way they treated her was horrible, she could not even get to the toilet in her room

Thank you for a truly lovely stay, the accommodation was very comfortable, even though the street outside can get very busy at night it was very quiet in the room. Definitely recommend as the location is great, really close to metros so you can easily get around without too much hassle and also close to a couple of small supermarkets. Thank you again we would love to return :)

the property they put us tries to apprar fancy with the art deco and jacuzzi but none of all that matters when you:
-the furniture smells like piss. dirty sofa/furniture stains all over. lots of cracks or open spaces in the bathroom ceiling. makes you question security/privacy
- the shower is in the jacuzzi which is kind of slippery and there are some
jacuzzi water outlet right underneath the shower head.
- the laundry wasnt there but it was listed as one of the amenities (kind of like false advertising imho)
I can honestly put in more but this property is not worth more than the time I already put in.

Estuvimos únicamente una noche para visitar el centro de la ciudad y la verdad es que muy contentos en general con la habitación, con la ubicación del hotel en pleno barrio de Malasaña y con el trato del personal que nos atendió. Estás a unos cinco min a pie de Gran Vía y tiene en la calle Pizarro un parking cómodo para dejar tu coche. Sin duda, un hotel con encanto y detalles como dejarte fruta y magdalenas en la puerta por la mañana...

Hola buenas tardes, he sido clienta de este hotel este pasado fin de semana y se me fue la luz de la habitación. He pasado mi estancia allí a oscuras, sin posibilidad de cambiar a otra habitación. Estuve desde la 1’30 am hasta casi las 4am con el chico de recepción que entró a realizar varias comprobaciones a la habitación, esperando una solución, haciendo vida sin algo tan necesario y de primera necesidad como puede ser la luz . Había saltado el diferencial y no solo eso, ahora me intentan culpar porque tal vez hubiera cargado un móvil en mal estado, teniendo que cargar dos móviles en recepción por la mañana ya que no tenía corriente eléctrica. He solicitado el reembolso del dinero abonado por servicios que no he podido disfrutar y me han dicho que fue revisada la habitación al día siguiente y no había desperfecto alguno. MI ESTANCIA A OSCURAS….SIN LUZ Y SIN SOLUCIÓN ALGUNA …..NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

Diseño excepcional y un lugar único. He leído en reseñas quejas respecto a un trabajador. Bien, puedo afirmar que su profesionalidad roza la excelencia. Atención, cariño y disposición plena. Dudo mucho que alguien pueda tener una queja sobre éste trabajador del hotel. Mi experiencia por muchos lugares y pernoctaciones me permiten afirmar que estamos ante un hotel/ boutique que ofrece una experiencia especialmente única. Y el principal motivo por el que he permanecido es la humanidad de sus trabajadores. Especialmente Daniel. Supera con creces mis expectativas. Visitad éste rincón con magia. Hace sentirse en un mundo idílico
