Just come back from a 4 night stay did not dissappoint. We stayed in a studio with balcony it was exactly like the pictures. Great location central for everywere very quiet apart from street noise which you expect. Apartment was very clean and was cleaned again with fresh towels on are 3nd day came back from being out and it smelt amazing. Door is fine once you know how to use it apartments located on 3nd floor there is a lift 3D is the door to the apartments once open you will see your apartment numbered great communication from all the girls will definately stay again.

Check in was an extremely frustrating process. We landed and we’re hungry but just trying to get in. The first door to the actual building does not lock (just push it to open) it has foil in the lock to prevent it from locking when you close it. Then the floors are not numbered and the doors on the floors are not numbered which gets confusing to figure out where you are suppose to go. The instructions don’t indicate to walk up until you see a door with CH. that would have been extremely helpful. Also, the instructions to which wifi code to use is not clear. I wish they would have said to use the second code because I didn’t know there were more doors inside this second door. Lastly, I kept messaging with them and luckily I know Spanish so I was able to text to communicate but when I would try to call she wouldn’t answer just let it ring and say to text her. A phone call would have been a lot faster and easier and prevented the 15 minutes we stood at the door trying to get in. The good thing about this is the room is actually comfortable and looks as described and in a great location with a great restaurant right next to the main door.

Appreciable only for the central position. Other than that, furnishings, spaces and amenities do not match what one would expect from the posted photos. For the same money we could have had a room in a hotel with much better services than what is offered here.

Very accesible to restaurants, Bars and points of interest to visit.

El apartamento está bien y bien comunicado, pero no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Ya lo decían otros huéspedes, y, aunque pensé que ya lo habrían solucionado, sigue igual. Pasé tres días, y aunque se lo miraron un día, no hicieron nada aunque era evidente que no funcionaba. Puedes abrir ventanas, pero dan a un patio de luces por donde sube mucho olor a fritos y comida de los bares. Hay un ventilador (roto) que no hace su función, y el calor dentro del apartamento llega a ser insoportable. Una decepción, la verdad, si no fuera por eso.

Lamentablemente indican que al tercer día de hospedaje realizan limpieza de cortesía en la misma lo cual no fue así por más que la reclamamos muchas veces

Al principio al ver el edificio puedes dudar de como será el apartamento, pero es tal cual las imágenes. Muy limpio, espacioso y von una ubicación inigualable. La primera vez puede resultar confuso el metodo de entrada ya que para entrar tanto al edificio como al apartamento tiene que ser todo hecho por la aplicación, pero una vez hecho no hay problema.

Muy buena ubicación, camas muy cómodas y cerca del metro .
