房間就還可以，位置在中心所以非常方便
安保也很到位，還有專門的保安白天再門口
但是衹有一點不好的是臨街實在是太吵了，晚上根本睡不着哦

Exceeded my expectations, great location and apar**ent. Newly renovated and super clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We stayed at apar**ent #2 which over looks the lively street, but once we closed the windows it was very quiet. Our apar**ent was loaded with the basic amenities to cook and wash clothing. At the heart of Madrid, and very short walk to many restaurants and the King's Palace. Highly recommendee.

Customer service is excellent. Christian was very helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

We love this place, clean and spacious, we used washer and dryer once, it works great. Host provided us with the laundry detergent. We cooked once in the kitchen with provided olive oil and salt. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything. we are very happy to find this place with such helpful host

Excellent place to stay, location is perfect. The apar**ent was safe, extremely clean and Christian, the manager was always there in the front desk and very helpful. We are planning to return to this apar**ents when we come back to Madrid.

Communication started prior to arrival to ensure check in was easy. Suite was clean and had many kitchen amenities. It is by a busy area and the windows keep out most of the sounds, but there is the occasional yelling around 2 to 3am. Location is very close to sol station (which is having lots of construction), plaza mayor and the market. There is also a place to do groceries nearby as well. Highly recommend for those who don't mind the bustle of the city as the location and property itself is nice.

My stay at Arenal Suites was great! Fantastic location within walking distance to many attractions. The suite has a large living area and was very clean and comfortable. Washer/dryer in the room! Very convenient. Walk out the back door of the building and there is a supermarket/depar**ent store with literally everything you would ever need. Definitely recommend!
