Great location and excellent breakfast. You can walk to most attractions and ride on the main road to all the cinemas and performing arts locations you ever need.

We loved the facilities in this hotel. The swimming pool looked gorgeous despite the time being limited and we could not try it.

Uno de los mejores hoteles, han hecho que nuestra estancia sea inmejorable. Habitaciones, desayuno, personal… de 10. Recomendadisimo.

在馬德里辦入住的時候，我定了兩個房間，一個是豪華房，一個是豪華城景房，攜程給的解釋是面積都是25M2一樣的，城景就是頂層高一點，我無所謂選擇了矮一點的那個，我進房間一看先不説外國人故意給的我們最角落的房間，我進房間最多10平方左右，行李箱都打不開，打開了路都不能走，而且床頭背景牆是一面大鏡子，然後對着床也有一面全身鏡，真的瘮得慌，弟弟那個房間就屬於正常，我去樓下問櫃枱:為什麼一樣的房型一個是另一個的一倍，前台外國小哥就説我看一下，什麼都沒有講，就説給我換了一個正常大小，這次先帶我去看了房間，屬於正常大小，我很不爽，就是那種你不説啞巴虧你就要吃的那種，真的好**，大家出行一定要注意，無論是外國人還是中國人，骨子裡都不會是友善的!所以要維護自己的權益!所以我很不推薦這個酒店，對中國有人十分不友好!最可怕的是這個酒店走廊裏，床頭背景全都是鏡子，住在裏面心裏瘮得慌!

環境和酒店都非常棒，位置方便在市中心 樓下還有一間很大的奶茶店。陽台的位置可以拍到好看的夜景非常舒服～

Excelente Ubicación ! Su mejor Plus!!!
Estructura y decoración de muy buen gusto ! Brillante ! Un museo dentro de un hotel . Sus vistas insuperables , a menos que te toquen las habitaciones del fondo , que no tienen nada de vistas. Deja mucho que desear su buffet, para la categoría en la que está el hotel , de hecho en redes sociales , es lo que más se quejan sus huéspedes. Puedo decir, que eh estado en otros hoteles, en Madrid , de inferior categoría y más económicos , pero sin embargo, superan por mucho, al Barcelo Torre Madrid.
Otro punto , su personal aunque amable , poco empatico al huésped …… muy rígidos a la hora de facilitará las cosas a el cliente .
Mejoren en estos 2 puntos la verdad que es una lástima . Podría llegar hacer un hotel perfecto en Madrid , que una buena ubicación y decoración !!!!! Que de nada va , si lo tuyo es solo ir a dormir ya que vas es a disfrutar de Madrid tanto de día como de noche ……..,,,,
