Hotel muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la parada de metro de Ópera. Personal muy amable y eficiente y limpieza de las habitaciones perfecta. La calidad del gel de baño, el champú y el acondicionador muy buena y las camas muy cómodas. Necesita una reforma porque le pesan los años pero es excelente para ir a hacer turismo.

Localização fantástica, fica perto de tudo e dá para fazer tudo a pé. Tem locais perto para comer e para fazer compras. Em apenas alguns minutos pomo-nos em qualquer lado. Pequeno-almoço muito completo. Quarto com dimensões e aquecimento adequados. Atendimento 5 estrelas. Ainda permitem deixar lá a bagagem após o check-out. Recomendo vivamente.

We loved staying at Roo Mate Mario though the area can get noisy. The garbage pickup at 1:30am and some crazy dude screaming at night made sleeping hard. Had we known that we would have asked for an interior room. The beds are a little tired and the breakfast is delicious. Would definitely recommend this place as the location is perfect.

We stayed 5 days at Room Mate Mario and were very happy with the location and the staff. Eva checked us in and she was warm and fun and the hotel had little things they did like leaving candy at wine the first night, a package with the 12 grapes for new year for both of us and chocolates on the last night. It is the little details. We didn't have breakfast there but appreciated the hotel location and how quiet it was despite being at the core of it all. Definitively worth a stay, you also get to pick what metro works best for you but really, you can walk everywhere you may want to see in Madrid. A great find.

I was in room 214. The room stank of sewage no matter what, was easily 25 degrees even with the window open and heat turned off, and the shower leaked into the bathroom constantly. Good location, nice people, OK breakfast

Very friendly and helpful receptionist when we arrived (Eva/Ava I think). Ideally situated in a quiet street but in easy reach of everything we wanted to see.

For a 2 star hotel, this place did not disappoint. The checkin was fast & easy. They provide free breakfast but charged us for 1 extra person because I didn't checkin my wife. They did offer us an upgrade & also charged extra. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.

The hair dryer was broken. The shower was difficult to get to work. Location was good. Bed was ok.
