酒店位置優越。
服務有待提升。check out 的前一天酒店要求我們換房間，而且完全沒有因打擾旅客而抱歉的意思。這樣的服務與酒店定位太不符合

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful front desk in AM and afternoon. Turn down in evening was nice with a bottle of wine and chocolates.
Cons: Sauna was out of service and relaxing pool water was cold. Staff inconsistent- evening staff second day did not do turn down and didn’t seem to know anything about it.

Clean, luxurious and spacious for a city hotel, the hotel is in the middle of a fun area that is incredibly convenient to many of Madrid's best barrios. You are at the corner of Parque Retiro, a few minutes walk from the best museums, and adjacent to the swanky stores and restaurants of Salamanca. The perfect location. And did I mention the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff? They made us feel very welcome, an oasis of calm in the swirl of Alcala.

This was the nicest hotel room that I stayed in during my time in Spain - considering the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice variety of shops and restaurants within a 5min walk.

Lots of sound bleed into the room from the hallway and neighboring rooms — I felt like I was living in the hallway!

Extremely bad management skills. The hotel is being offered as a 5 -star property when in fact it is only 3 stars:
Breakfast is terribly administered, DO NOT book breakfast in advance. There was no one to take my order. They apologized and offered room service; but still, unacceptable for something they call 5 stars.
Additionally, people at check in are not genuinely friendly. The first thing they asked me was if I wanted to pay 70€ extra per night to have a better view. They did not even consider the fact that I had ******* VIP Access benefits.
NOT GOING BACK. Superficial and badly administered property.
