HM Martinique

Très bonne expérience à l’hôtel HM Martinique de Magaluf les points positifs : 3 piscine + sauna et hammam on peux trouver un magasin aussi très utile pour acheter à manger ou à boire , le seul point négatif c’est le wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien pour ma part . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Très belle hotel mais manque un peux d’équipement dans la chambre

So…. I was staying here for 7 days (3 days for a hen party) me and my partner had arrived quite early in the morning after our flight was delayed to check in, check in was quick passports where checked, reception then asked for tourist tax which is understandable €46 for 2 people and demanded it was in cash no other alternative wouldn’t accept card HAD TO BE CASH, for myself personally i hardly use cash always card. So paid in cash got my room keys took the elevator up. Keys now both keys would not open the door to my room went back down to reception they fixed the keys first key wouldn’t open 2nd key opened and boom… I opened the door to peoples personal stuff still occupying the room, again now for a 2nd time I went to reception they apologised got my new keys to another room and then first one wouldn’t work but the 2nd one did…. All inclusive - Honestly I wouldn’t book all inclusive in this hotel due to the law in magaluf now, you get 3 drinks with lunch and dinner and it’s Estelle or sangria but you can get soft drinks all day. Food- personally I think the food was great Im not picky with food and will try everything good food selection desserts weren’t really to my taste the wee cakes where good but just not a very big selection of different things- good fruit selection also. Pools- I really only stuck to one of the pools as it was less busy- pools where great, no food around the pools and your drink has to be in a plastic cup which you can get from the bar for €1 which is refundable. So no glass at the pools, also they have designated smoking areas around the pools- and the pool closes around 18.00 for the rest of the day, you can still sunbathe just not access the pool. They also have a lifeguard on duty through the day! House keeping was okay, rooms where clean when we arrived but if you put the sign out for your room to be cleaned please be aware of the bare minimum- beds where made up but not changed for the 7 days that I was there balcony was cleaned and towels changed bins emptied- floors weren’t really cleaned properly and where still dirty- also air conditioning only came on at a certain time of the evening not sure if that was just mine or everyone’s was like that. Since it was magaluf I would not advise to bring kids to this hotel, most people I seen where men women groups hens stags so basically means -loud music excess drinking excess noise and you here them running the halls at 3/4 in the morning. Check out at 11 once you check out your all inclusive ends no soft drinks no lunch doesn’t matter when your transfers are coming, they is a shop with in the hotels grounds not much food selection more drinks alcohol junk food. Overall the hotel was okay if you’re staying for a few days to party this hotel is for you, if your staying any longer or bringing kids I would avoid this hotel not many other kids and no entertainment only a pool table, also beware of the crickets and cockroaches so big and everywhere outside the

Six of us in total, the three rooms we booked were good, no one unpacked, we used our suitcases so no packing to do when we were going. Three night long weekend divorce party, this was the perfect place. Room and bed was clean and fine. The selection of food was very sameish but that was expected, decent if you were there before five minutes at the end. Hotel is close to the beach, equally close to the *****. The ***** was not as mad as it used to be, of course there is the rule on drinks, maybe a good idea. Good deal, good time was had by all.

On first impressions this hotel is big, clean and very now. Modern bedroom, plenty big enough for three, soft beds. We booked just breakfast, so we could eat dinner where we wanted. Fantastic pool big enough to swim properly and mess about when it got hot. What a result, couldn’t believe how hot it was compared to the UK, lovin the beach scene, only a ten minute walk from the hotel. Close to clubs and bars for the nights, drinks have gone up a bit since last time here, but that was a few years ago. On the whole Magaluf is still fun and has some really cool places to drink now. Great hotel for doing your own thing, not too fancy, just right.

Another FAB U LAS holiday at the Martinique ….all the staff are so friendly big hugs to you all every year you make our holiday special .i was looking at the other reviews people complaining about all inclusive drinks all I can say is no one was misbehaving and annoying other guests at the pool as intake of alcohol restricted as you had to purchase you own drinks . Pool area so comfortable and plenty space . We are 4 pensioners and luv the atmosphere so BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL . Take care Carlos 😎

Have just returned after a week in this hotel! Never again. Can't complain about the cleanliness the cleaners do a great job keep the standards high. The food was very poor, tasteless and very repetitive. Chicken, chicken and more chicken. Done in a variety of ways. Desserts exactly the same all week. All inclusive I would say was joke. No soft drinks allowed before 10am, only 3 alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner. We knew the 3 drink rule but other hotels in Magaluf allow all inclusive to be all inclusive, apparently it's a hotel rule as they can allow more of they want. You have to pay for food at the pool bar, €8 for a plate of chips, €10 for a toastie. €3.5 for an ice cream. And if you want to play tennis €12. The noise at night in hotel was horrendous, my mums door got banged on at 3am a few mornings, and on one occasion a fight broke out on the 4th floor. People thrown out for jumping from balcony to balcony. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again. If your 18 years old and just want to drink and party that's fine. But to have different coloured wrist bands to show all inc, half board, self catering. And then anyone just coming in to use restaraunt was a bit of a joke. They try to monitor it but they don't get everyone. It's a bin of a con really and all about them ripping everyone off.

Had a 4 day stay in May 2024 with three friends. No complaints at all about this excellent aparthotel. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Cleaners came everyday and changed towels, made beds etc. Buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice pools. Didn’t make use of other facilities so cannot comment. Only negative was that bikes were not available to hire as they were being repaired. However, found a good bike hire shop in the resort. Good location close to beach and facilities but far enough away from the Magaluf *****.
