We didn’t go to the ****** so I can’t speak to that. But the hotel was fine, seems a bit older and needs a touch up but overall a fine place to stay.

Great weekend getaway. Rooms are big. Billiards table room was great amenity. Would stay again without a doubt.

Pool was full of leaves and wasn't clean for the day of our stay. Asked for a pool pass and wasn't granted.

I stay in the hotel every six months for a convention in the area. The location is perfect. Sadly the hotel is deteriorating. Every time we come something else has broken down. Hopefully the management will take care of these maintenance issues. For example, ice machines.

Room was clean and comfortable, but drain in sink was very slow and the air conditioner was not working as well the last night of stay. Also, restaurant closed early and only place to get food after 7 pm was Mac Donald’s or Burger King.

We loved the hotel and the staff is very attentive and friendly, any request you have they will address it. The only thing negative was the attention at the restaurant, they told us to sit wherever but didn't give us menus after I got up to asked for it the waiter came to ask us what we wanted. We said what we wanted and ge left. New people came in and were given better trea**ent than us and we had to wait for more than an hour for our food while the new people had their before us. The waiter disappear and the other one said that she wasn't our waiter. The food finally came and at least was hot. I recommend the hotel but not the restaurant.

Stay was good as always.
Some issue we ran into were
1-Not enough tables for breakfast.
2-Water was not hot.
3-Ice machines were not working, we had to went downstairs to get ice.
4-Exterior Security, due to some light on the poles are not working , it made the parking area looks dark increasing the potential of crime or unsafe environment for the guests or staff members.
5-cats feces next to the pool.

Nice, clean property. My two boys really enjoyed the arcade and the two pools...especially the waterslide! The breakfast was nothing fancy but nice that they offered it. Our only complaint is that our room had no hot water. We called the front desk and they sent someone up immediately but he wasn't really able to fix it.
