Overall stay at valley view was excellent.. staff here is very helpful.. house keeping manager Santosh took special care of us and was available at all times.. Restaurant staff was very generous to make special meals for baby even after operating hours.. chef also took special care of each guest..

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. We stayed in Deluxe for 2 nights as executive room wasn’t available then we moved to executive room for one night and a day but both of the rooms were comfortable in my opinion and we didn’t feel much difference between the two except the executive room have a nice look to it and it has a balcony where we loved standing and watching the mountains and greenery around. Also, the best thing about this hotel was the food! It was fresh and sans preservatives which was like a blessing. We actually looked forward to having breakfast everyday. The service was top knotch as well. The hotel staff were polite and tended to our needs perfectly. The only con of our visit was we would have preferred hot running water the whole day for showering but unfortunately, the hot water used to run only for couple of hours in the mornings. Overall, it was a good experience and we will suggest this hotel to others who wants to visit Mahabaleshwar in the future.

The Hotel is really good. The hotel was very good . Nice place to be with family on vacation.excellent experience. Staff is very polite. And servecies are also good. Food is excellent. Good ambiance. The hotel is near to market. So easy to go to market by walk. Best place....must to visit....
