It is a well maintained beautiful resort and amazing for families. The staff is wonderful. I will love to stay here again!

1. Check in - too slow and no manpower deployed to support customer long q 2. Room cost vs space of the room is not worth at al 3. Management need to look for more training of people for service 4. Spa is total waste lot of nails it’s hurts very bad

Location is right on the highway and easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast looks okay. Buffet dinner too costly and not worth for the money. Rooms are very small and looks like a local lodge. While booking deluxe room shows queen cot, whereas in real 2 small single cots provided where 3 persons cannot sleep. None of the amenities were stocked based on guest count. Everything you have to call room service and get it done. Ac was not working and too frequent power cut. Only plus is private beach. This property is having more than 100 rooms and not giving the feel of resort and everything needs request and follow up. Lot of improvement to be done. For me it is waste of 10k+ money for one day stay while considering check in time of 3pm and check out as 12noon.

Property and Ambiance: The resort is nestled in a lush green landscape with a serene beach view, making it an ideal place to unwind and disconnect from the hectic demands of work life. 2. Photogenic Spots: The resort offers numerous scenic locations perfect for capturing memorable moments. 3. Refreshing High Tea: Enjoying a refreshing high tea while overlooking the beach adds a delightful touch to the overall experience. 4. Access to Amenities: Guests can make the most of their stay with access to the swimming pool and spa facilities. 5. Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities such as hot water and reliable Wi-Fi, providing a hassle-free stay without any complaints. 6. Diverse Breakfast Options: The resort’s breakfast buffet offers a substantial variety, including Aloo Paratha, Idly, Pongal, Vada, Poori, live dosa counters, ***** with an assortment of chicken dishes and eggs, making it well worth the price. Cons: 1. Lack of Personal Engagement: The absence of personalized attention from the staff, particularly the receptionist, detracts from the overall experience. A more proactive approach in providing information about resort amenities and extending gestures like inquiring about guest feedback or offering assistance in arranging transportation would significantly enhance guest satisfaction. 2. Limited Staff Presence: Considering the size of the resort, the number of staff appeared inadequate, which might affect service quality. 3. Maintenance Issues: Due to the proximity of the dining area to the beach, the chairs appeared slightly soiled, likely due to the presence of crows. Improved maintenance would ensure a more pleasant dining experience. Overall: Despite a few areas requiring attention, the resort provides an enjoyable experience, offering good value for money.

1. ac was not working at all.
2. frequent power cuts.
3. our used coffee mugs and kettle items are not cleaned and refilled at regular intervals
4. food serving time during dinner was too long in oasis restaurant.
5. parking can be maintained good with paver block floor and garden

Coral beach resort is one of the best resort to stay in. Hospitality was awesome. Easy access to beach. Any services required for the room is attended immediately. Ample car parking, walking space, good swimming pool neatly maintained. Food is good in the restaurant. Very nice place to stay in with family and friends. We loved it and would recommend the same.

We have selected this place after saw reviews. Economical package got it through make my trip and the decision was right. We had a good stay for 2 days, enjoyed the ambience and aminities. Food quality was good and staffs were very nice and attentive.

Too crowded, the amenities are not sufficient for the no. Of rooms they have. Breakfast was average, again small breakfast hall for 100+ room guests. Property is good outside with lot of open space, can improve it better

The property is very good. Close to beach, in house they have spa services. Food is good and hospitality is good. They allowed us early check in and had taken special care of senior citizens. Staff is cooperative.
