The food is good, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the rooms smell nice, the internet works, drinks strong and delicious, the beach is clean and beautiful.

Hotel beach - excellent. Room service - good and clean. Everything else has flaws. Understaffed, workers exploited, you have to stand in line to get 1dl of Sprite?! Management wants to save money by forcing workers to work 12 hour shifts (or longer) and by discouraging guests to use "all inclusive" services. Food is okay most of the time, but for more popular food you have to wait in lines - French fries, bbq. You have to wait for the cutlery and ASK for glasses to pour water from the machine, or terrible juice - for a 1dl of beer or coke, you gotta stand in line! Coffee is served only during breakfast, ice-cream only after supper. Fruits are only watermelon, wild plum and green peaches. Workers heavily exploited, same people will serve you at 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.

Thieves! I do not recommend this hotel at all. We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday afternoon, already on Thursday 60e was missing from our wallet. We didn't even have time to take the safe because of the whole fuss about changing the room, we thought we would the next day and already in 1 day we were robbed. Then at the reception for 3 days, they wait for us to come later when they look at the history of entering the room, they say that they are not interested because we did not take the safe, so it seems they can rob us as they want. The woman at the reception immediately asks for a good room by herself and that you pay 10e and then she gets a 5m2 room, only when we complained that she couldn't charge for a better room and we got a bad one, she exchanged it for a big room which was great. The staff is VERY rude, I have never felt so unwelcome and unwelcome anywhere. Waiters, receptionists, cooks, all of them are unprofessional and rude. Definitely one of the worse experiences.

Overall the service is good. Tip the receptionist at the arrival to get a better room. The rooms are clean, and the rooms are cleaned everyday, the towels are changed on daily basis. The food in the restaurant is very diverse and there is something for everyone that they like. Breakfast is from 07:00-10:00 and is varied. Lunch is from 12:30-2:00 p.m., that's when it's the busiest because lunch lasts the shortest. Leave a tip to one of the waiters in the restaurant so that they always find a seat for you when it's crowded. Dinner is from 18:30-21:00 and in my opinion the best and most extensive meal. There is always fresh fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, pizza, there are also watermelons and various cakes, ice cream... When we compared with people from other hotels, we really had the most varied diet. You also have the option to have a snack at the beach bar, from pancakes to donuts and paninis and burgers, there is a bit of a crowd and waiting because many take food between the main meals. You also have the possibility to use the a la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner once a week, so you can sign up for that as well. The beach is beautiful and the sand is fine, every morning the staff rakes the beach and collects waste. The sea was nice, in the morning it is calm while in the afternoon there are waves due to the wind which is constant but not too strong, we only saw a few jellyfish in 2 weeks. All in all, one of the better vacation options than the offered.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very bad in terms of treatment ..The hostel treats Tunisians as if they are not welcome .. From the reception, the bad treatment began..They prevented us from entering from the outer door of the hotel (parking) under the pretext of check-in at 14 o'clock, ..we asked to speak or meet the person in charge..the outside guard refused and beat us when we insisted on our right to speak with the reservations officer .. the bad treatment continued at the reception and even with the hotel staff and its manager.. An experience that will not be repeated !!!!!
