Mahdia Beach & Aqua Park

The worst holiday I've ever experienced. Was welcomed rudely and told to wait in the lobby with my disabled child and an 11 year old because me and my partner had got separated at the airport so he made his own way to the hotel even though the booking was in my name they wouldn't let me check in till he was there. The hotel wasn't clean and the rooms were really bad I had a shower in my room and I requested a bath as it's easier with my disabled child and they wouldn't change my room. My son and his friends broke a small panel window by accident and I was told I had to pay for it but not the other children's parents and I had about 4 different witnesses come to reception to say that the other kids was involved but they only wanted me to pay and if I didn't they would call police so I paid it the next day they decided they wanted more money for the window. Someone broke our door on our room and we had evidence of it but again the charged us and phoned police had us surrounded by a team of security until police come and we had to pay for someone else's damage. I was booked into this hotel for 2 weeks and we left after 7 days the worst holiday and hotel the staff are rude and they hate the English

the bar and my girls were having a laugh with their dad and alls you got was the elderly looking back as if to say be quiet. First day was in the indoor pool and got told by a elderly women to quieten the kids down obviously was exited being in a pool on their first holiday. We felt like we couldn’t do much as there was limited things to do no staff interacted or had a laugh with you, in the end the last night we went and booked another hotel 7 minutes away for the night and the experience we had that 1 night beat the 6 we have had in mahdia beach. Defiantly avoid this hotel ESPECIALLY WITH CHILDREN. Only good thing we got from it was our professional photos we got off the 2 guys which was AMAZING. Food isn’t that good not much to choose from. Shows on the info they have a laundry, dry cleaner, evening entertainment, and free high spew internet which is the slowest thing ever they don’t… people sit and smoke in the reception area… and also avoid the bird with a man on the beach he charges you for taking own pictures of the bird on your phone and also takes it off you to take them himself and stands clicking it loads to charge you 10 dinar for each picture he’s just took, wouldn’t recommend and will not be coming back.

2024 trip to Tunisia, We really appreciated how attentive and helpful our hotel host Ach was. He made us feel so welcome and taken care of.Always making sure my kids in good and having fun.. Looking forward to going back to Tunisia in the summer.

If you’re looking for nice holiday in November don’t bother using this hotel. Have never seen such a dirty bathrooms in my life. Nothing was working, no air conditioners even if 27 degrees, tv not working, changed room 3 times, still bad. Avoid

My first time in Tunisia is absolutely amazing, been a wonderful time, staff really amazing especially A’ch he’s been so lovely and made us feel so Welcome very good at what he does and has a lot of time and patience with everyone been a pleasure to meet him! Can’t wait to come back

Arrived at hotel stayed untill 30/11/24. All the staff were so friendly and nice, always smiling and happy. Hotel is bigger then what it looks on photos. are nice and comfortable and cleaned daily. Was out of season time so was alot more quiet and chilled. Variety of different foods to choose from and ice cream and pancakes at 3pm. Booked a massage package at the spa and was amazing the staff were very nice and always smiling. Animation team are really good and making sure everyone is having a good time. I want to thank the new guy he said he's name is a'ch he really made our holiday great Would deffinatly reccomend this hotel its amazing for the price!
