3rd stay at Premier Inn in Maidstone town center. Location is perfect for walking to shops. Rooms are modern and fresh, we had a bathroom with just a shower, loved it! the purple light in bathroom is great to leave on at night so not to wake others. I brought my autistic daughter up to see her friend in Maidstone, and she is so relaxed and comfortable here. The restaurant is spacious, and the Staff on where great. We had the lovely Aisha, who checked us in on arrival, and was also helping when we had breakfast, she is the most friendly caring person, she asked about our plans during our stay and seems genuinely interested, Charley, (my daughter), thinks she's great too! On our first evening at dinner, we had the wonderfully entertaining Ghitesh, (sorry if that is spelt wrong!), he was very polite and also quite funny which made our evening fun! To me the only letdown is outside, it can be very messy with litter. And there was still a cup, on the wall in the carpark, that I noticed when we were up in September….. I wonder if it will be gone when we next come up 😆

The staff was very friendly and was happy to assist... Hotel clean.... Rooms big and very clean... Breakfast was wonderful, plates warm, food fresh, lots of choices. Point to rember if unable to park by reception there is a underground carpark.

I have stayed here twice now, and each time, the staff have gone out of their way to help me. The rooms are great and spacious. Breakfast is awesome with great variety and is hot!!! Would def recommend, if heading this way. Thank you to all the staff. A job well.done. see you all soon

Great and friendly atmosphere but would like to give Paola and Sherry an outstanding review for their tireless hard work and commitment all with a smile, I was thoroughly impressed with the pair of them and feel these 2 individuals deserve a well earned pay rise

The two ladies that was on and served us was extremely helpful and polite, they was running around so much as they was so busy and always done it with a smile. I take my hat off to these two.. sherry and Paola… I can’t wait to come back and see you again soon 🤗

Staff were all very friendly and efficient, room was better than I expected. Beds were lovely and comfortable which gave me a great night's sleep. The breakfast was lovely with a great choice for everyone as in cooked breakfast or continental, cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. All in all a great stay and will be staying again.

Wonderful staff comfy bed very pleasant room. Car access into park is quirky. Convenient for visit to Leeds castle. As there was a slight delay in the room being ready we were both given a complimentary drink and free car parking. Couldn't fault it.
