Ana was great at check in and was able to answer any questions my wife or I asked during our stay. Yes I would stay here agani!

We had a lovely 5 nights in Mahahaul, the hotel is in a prime location, we ate in their restaurant a few times and the food was very good and prices reasonable.

Kitchenet found the places to buy groceries, great restaurants close by. Get your place on the beach before the cruise ship people.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel is located right next to the beach and have an amazing view. The stuff are very friendly and smiling. We got a free upgrade to sea-view room, since they had some available. The rooms are big and very clean.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and quick to help with anything we needed.
I also liked the location very much!
My disappointment was the Wi-Fi did not work. We were working remotely so this was very important. The Wi-Fi at hotel was out 95% of the time.
They also lost power on our last day.
Outside of that, the property and rooms were clean but felt very outdated and run down. I guess typical in a beach town but did make it feel as though we over paid for the accommodation.
The bed was comfortable but pillows felt very hard and stiff. They also only gave top sheet with no comforter so was very chilly at night without a blanket.

Comfortable bed, nice room with balcony/table/chairs. Large bottle of water provided. Small fridge and cooking facility. People with mobility issues would have difficulty because of no elevator.
