We have a great time and the supervisor of floor 2 Mr Ahmed was very pleasant and great person and make our stay lovely. The room was very nice and clean too room 201 The reception provide a refreshing drink and coffee too which make our day great since we stayed till we leave

Yes i had a wonderful stay here at Wirgan Aziziah i think best hotel in l best location specially in best rates.. Specially staff was well trained. I am really impressed by the caring and cooperation by Mr. Yasir the way he treated the way he helped, I will never forget his hospitality. I am degree holder in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Malaysia. Professionally attitude of Reception was very impressive. It's not only me i observed before me He was dealing other guest so caring so humble so active.. really no words to appreciate. I wish to saty here more but i have to leave back Pakistan. It was my third visit in Wirgan . I will recommend 👌 to stay on Wirgan to save money and get the maximum of facilities and amenities. Even when ever i called room service they were very quick and responsible . I have been staying in Ritz-Charlton and Shangri-la hotels. It has memorized my stay.. I suggest all my friends and partners to stay at Wirgan . I will realy miss Wirgan and specially Brother Yasir with his beautiful smile on his face always.. thanks again to brother Yasir for making my ever remembering and remarkable stay at Wirgan thanks .

One of the best hotels in makkah, very clean and well maintained. staff are very polite and helpful. it’s 10 minutes away from Haram and the shuttle bus is always available.

Been there to do my Umrah may Allah accept it. Perfect experience, caring staff, I highly recommend. A shuttle bus is available for every prayer, it’s super nice.

I hope to go in next ramadan in wirgan hotel it amazing hotel and i need to thank all people in service and kitchen also chef mohamed hassan is so cute chef and all the food is so good and all the restaurants is good and all the hotel is very good also the coffee shop is very nice

Excellent hotel ! Clean and very comfortable with very good wifi. Caring and customer centric staff with special mention to Mohamed, the restaurant supervisor, and Rayan at the reception. The breakfast buffet is top. Hotel not far from Holy Mosque and shuttle available and regular. We plan to stay again in Wirgan hotel insha Allah

Everything were exceptional except the transportation The hotel far from Haram and hotel’s bus takes time and unpredictable plus park far away from Haram We managed to rent Uber or taxi to each time going to Haram and was ok Just add to your budget the cost of taxi or Uber to Haram and still I will come to the same place again

Very clean and welcoming staff. Rooms were beautiful and clean and service was done at appropriate time. Would most likely book again.
