Before we arrived we found out that they changed one of our apartments (we booked two) to one that was half the size of what we originally booked, all without telling us this and keeping it the same price. They did give us the apartment we wanted but this was just unacceptable. We stayed in the Loft Merced apartment, and after three nights the fuses went off after we discovered a burning smell. One phone charger also got burned because of this dangerous electricity error. There were no fire alarms!!! Their "emergency number" was not findable on the website. The communication is very difficult with them, we had to take all the initiative in assuring we got some form of justified solution. From the six days we were staying in Malaga we had to stop by at their office four times, and they were saying different things to us every time. In the end, they said they would have never put us in an apartment which was not safe, and that their electrician said there was no error with the electricity. Really??? From the start (hiding the fact that they changed our apartments) they lied to us to make themselves look better, but this resistance and unwillingness to accommodate us has just cost us a lot of unwanted energy and time. The interior of the apartments look nice, but it is a mask for trouble and misery. Avoid booking here if you want a stress-free vacation.
