Bright apartment composed of two double bedrooms and one bathroom, located in a modern building, just few minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced.The flat is located on a third floor, accessible only by stairs. The main terrace does not belong to the flat, but clients can use it.Really close to the historical centre, 3 minutes walking from Plaza de la Merced, 10 minutes walking from Calle Larios; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.
THE FLAT- Living room: the living/dining room is wide and bright. There is a 2 seats sofa and a TV. It has a split air conditioning (working also as a heater).- Bedroom 1: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and a split air conditioning.- Bedroom 2: It is equipped with a big double bed of 150cm and a split air conditioning. - Outsider bathroom: complete 3 pieces bathroom with shower.- Kitchen: fully equipped with domestic appliances and all the amenities.
EXTRAS- Our guests have full access to the two common terraces in the top of the building, shared with the rest of tenants.- There is washing machine in the flat, but we dispose of a common coins laundry in the building.- There is availability of parking spots in the same building, for an extra cost of 15⬠per night, but THEY MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.- Pets are welcome, but there is an additional charge of 10⬠per stay and per pet.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.
