Paid $193 USD/night "All Inclusive" single bed 3 night stay, advised ahead by email meals incl breakfast, lunch, dinner all provided. Get there, "lunch is not included" and "any drinks at dinner including juice or water cost additional". Bath: Body gel dispenser did not work, no shower wall and depression just inside bath door led to continuous puddle of liquid requiring 4-5 floor towels per day. Bed: Extremely rigid. Side sleeper and woke up with sore ribs, literally. Beach: Sea**** throughout. Meals: Breakfast, good. Dinner mostly good but one (of 3) night arrived 30 minutes before closing and all meats were gone except few pieces of suboptimal grilled chicken in broth or liquid of some sort. Airport Shuttle: $36 USD for literally a 10 minute drive. In Kenya. That's over 5000 kes; I pay less for a taxi in Manhattan. In Kenya that is bad.

Perfect Holidays. Beutiful views from swimming pool and Beach. Animation team - Paulina, Yanek and Nick made perfect job and we always Have a lot fun and intresting things to do With them. Waiters was always nice and ready to help. Room was always cleen. They gave us every Day cold water, sodas and even beer. We also had 2 swimming pools with bars.

its a very comfy hotel, i would recommend to get a room next to the dream garden pool which is really nice for a swim in the evening. service is also excellent, and i would recommend trying out the Onda Bar for a light evening snack and drink. overall, i had really nice experience, and i shall return for another stay

We really enjoyed our stay and we had a lovely time. Dola and victor at the bar very enjoyable and welcoming. However,Pharrell was not very nice to the trainees and to some female guest. He needs to be straightened out. Respect is earned. We would definitely come back.

My group of 8 friends spent a few days at Sandies Malindi Dream Garden. The check in process was quick and efficient. The hotel hosts 3 properties. We stayed in Dream. The rooms are a great size as is the bathroom. I especially enjoyed the large patio overlooking the pool. The patio had beds where you can lounge and read...just beautiful. The rooms were very well cleaned. Food; breakfast buffet is vast with the usual continental spread of hot and cold offerings. And an Indian vegetarian corner. The dinner buffets had ok options but would have been great to have different cuisines for each night. One night we had a bbq on the lawn under the stars...the food was great. There a several bars. Pharel the bar man was excellent. Great attitude and friendly...he made our experience enjoyable. The hydra spa was a great experience.. I recommend it highly. It was a full body massage in the water. Peter who served us was great. We had massages from Lucy and Jedidah; they were great. However, the towels were old and frayed..not good. The massage rooms could do with updating...add music and just update the rooms.. The hotel is by the beach. The water was warm and enjoyable. Not many beach boys which is a great plus. The gardens are large and well tended. There are several pools to experience on the property. The night entertainment was a tad dull. We enjoyed the pool aerobics and the instructor was great and friendly.

Went here with my family but didn't have a very good experience from day one, first we checked in to a room but found no single towel which wasn't my welcoming at all and this in itself can tell that things were not adding up. Secondly stayed in this particular room for 3 days without a functional AC mind you we have an infant so definetly a fan won't work for us. Thirdly, this holiday was my wife's birthday celebration and I ordered a surprise cake way in advance before our travel date; can you imagine we never had the said cake until we had to check with our Bonfire agent in Nairobi...this was so sad and very unprofessional for the guys managing this place. On the flip side the junior staff are so nice. I really won't recommend this hotel for well experienced travelers.

It is part of the Plan group (Sandies) with 3 hotels - using shared facilities - Diamonds Dreams of Africa, Malindi Dream Garden and Sandies Tropical Village. Stayed at Dream Garden for 2 nights with friends and family. Breakfast was good and the service was absolutely friendly, right from the waiters, reception staff to the beach boys who planted a game of volleyball with us. All was great except that there was no toothbrush in the room, which had to be bought at the boutique.

Except being a beautiful place, there is nothing to write home about. The All inclusive package is a scam, its like you have an al carte menu for food in an all inclusive. Personally didnt the place .....

I had such a wonderful experience, the food was so good and the staff was so kind and helpful.... the pool was right outside my room and it was so beautiful...i got to take so many nice photos..the variety of drinks was so good and Mugo's cocktails were fire 🔥
