Das Gerstl Alpine Retreat

What can you say, a great view over the valley from every window in this hotel. We hat a top modern suite with breathtaking views to the valley. The spa is huge and even with an indoor infinity pool. Staff is super friendly and the food is amazing.

Absolutely amazing honeymoon experience! The rooms were fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious and the spa area was out of this world. We hardly left the hotel because we enjoyed the spa area so much. Especially the adult only textile free zone was pure relaxation. We loved all the different quiet rooms to relax, the jacuzzi and the different saunas. Also the normal swimming pool and the swimming pond outside was amazing.

Das Gerstl is a top hotel hotel in the south of Tirol, beautifull SPA and top kitchen!!! Rooms are very nice, comfortable and big. Besides this the staff and all people involved make your stay a top experience!!!

We stayed for 5 nights in the new pool suite and it was amazing, we particularly enjoyed the stunning views from the pool terrace. The staff were very friendly and the food was top class, there is a large sauna area with excellent facilities which we made good use of. There are lots of hiking opportunities in the area.

The hotel is beautifully built with view to die for , but apart from these they have great staff who take care of guests and keep the place spotless . Someone from the family that own the hotel is always present to keep an eye on things 👌🏻 The facilities are great and immaculately kept ,views are visible from pool sauna gym !

Hotel bellissimo con la zona SPA più bella mai vista. Posizione panoramica dalla splendida vista. La nostra camera/suite era molto spaziosa con arredamento di gran gusto. Colazione molto varia e ottima con molto salato e pochi dolci. La pensione 3/4 andrebbe secondo me rivista, aggiungendo qualche piatto in più ma comunque tutto molto buono. Insomma vacanza bellissima in un luogo bellissimo. L'unico neo il fatto che il personale parla veramente poco l'italiano e la comunicazione risulta complicata quando si va oltre all'italiano scolastico

Absolut top! Hier stimmt wirklich alles. Essen, Service, Wellnessbereich, Preis-Leistung. Nichts zu bemängeln. In der Übersicht sieht meine Bewertung demnach folgendermaßen aus: PROs - Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit des Serviceteams - Abendmenü, perfekt abgestimmte Größen und geschmacklich top - Insgesamt das Essen wirklich sehr lecker und nicht zu abgefahren; gehobene Küche, aber dennoch keine seltsamen Experimente (auch schon erlebt in Wellnesshotels) - Ausblick, von jedem Ort (Pool, Terrasse, Gym, Restaurant, Zimmer etc) atemberaubender Bergblick - Hundefreundlich - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Digitalisierte Prozesse (Check In, Bestellungen am Pool/an der Bar etc) - Sauberkeit der Anlage und des Zimmers - Saunalandschaft sehr abwechslungsreich (6 Saunen, zwei Pools/Whirpools nur in diesem Bereich) CONs - mir fällt hier auch nach langem überlegen eigentlich nichts ein; maximal: schlecht mit öffentlicher Anreise erreichbar

Albergo elegante in posizione isolata, con panorama stupendo sulla val Venosta. Struttura meravigliosa, con zone verdi curatissime; colpisce inoltre dal punto di vista architettonico l'ardito ampliamento della zona piscine mediante copertura di 70 metri della strada sottostante. Camera non grande (ne eravamo stati correttamente informati al momento della prenotazione) ma completa di tutto e comunque con balcone in posizione panoramica. Su ottimi livelli il servizio, sin dal momento dell'arrivo. Di ottimo livello la ristorazione, al top soprattutto per quanto riguarda la colazione. Bellissima la vista anche dalla sala ristorante. La loro filosofia R30 (preferenza alle materie prime e prodotti di prossimità) ci ha favorevolmente colpiti. La Spa è tra le più belle che abbiamo visto, con ampie zone relax; vengono offerti due Aufguss al giorno. Accoglienti, puliti ed eleganti tutti gli spazi comuni; si nota la lodevole cura per ogni dettaglio. Rapporto q/p ottimo (abbiamo usufruito di una delle loro offerte last minute). E' una delle strutture più belle che abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitare: sicuramente consigliabile.

Bequeme Betten, schöne Zimmer mit toller Aussicht, Sauberkeit top. Das überwiegend sehr junge Personal ist extrem freundlich und immer gut gelaunt, und im Ernstfall auch zweifelsfrei so entwaffnend frohgemut wie lernbegierig. Es geht recht familiär zu, man fühlt sich willkommen. Die Bade- und Saunalandschaft ist grandios. Ein gründlicher Rundgang löhnt sich, denn sie hat versteckte Ecken. Die Küche verdient viel Applaus. Die Abendessen ziehen sich zwar in ihrem fixen Menüablauf etwas gar lang in den Abend hinein, sind aber unserer Meinung nach nicht mehr weit von Sterneküche entfernt. Vertreter der automobilen Monstranz erleben in der Tiefgarage des Hotels allerseits ihr persönliches Waterloo, während ich mit meinem Kleinwagen entspannt einfach nur die bereits im Parkhaus abgebrachten dekorativen Elemente und die leichte Zugänglichkeit von dort loben kann. Alles in allem ein begeisterndes Haus und eigentlich 5 Sterne wert, wenn es da nicht das ungesicherte WLAN gäbe: Das ist heutzutage leider ein NoGo, auch wenn es in jeder Lebenslage und jedem Ort blitzschnell ist...
