Very poor service, I stayed there for 4 days but no housekeeping, I have requested for 2 days in a row but none. Also bathroom has no sink and bathtub was also has poor drainage, outside sink was clogged, poor system, I will not go there again.

Took my two kids (13 & 9) and a friend with her kid (5) to hyatt place on a spur of the moment trip. We loved it here! Great room n great price. Overall Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but here's the minor issues we experienced: there was black hairs on the bathroom floor of our room when we checked in. There was no towels in the cabinet of the indoor pool area, our whole stay. The 5 yr old with us spilled a bit of juice in the elevator our first night there(sun), and the sticky spot was still there untouched at noon when we checked out(tues). Also, the breakfast lady puts out a great spread, but I'm not sure she realizes that people can hear a lot of what she's saying in the kitchen....
Like i said, minor issues. Excellent place overall

The staff was nice and accommodating. they graciously allowed use of their breakfast room for a date night meeting of a new couple.

We loved our King leisure room but the bathroom could have been larger. Very clean, staff were remarkable especially Linda our breakfast preparer, we would have liked the option of vending machines only because the little cafe basically only offered fried foods. But, we liked the Hyatt and we will use it again!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel so much that we decided to extend our visit. It was nice having a separation between the sleeping quarters from the sitting area.

The pool was not opened. the whole stay. was not compensated for the incovience. we chose the hotel for the indoor pool.

Very accommodating staff provided a warm and wonderful a**osphere during our over Chris**as stay! Great breakfast buffet and delicious salads ensured we had plenty of food and comfort!
