We were staying here on a coach tour and it is a great base for visiting towns in the area. Room comfortable and staff very helpful and friendly. Food was good. There is a spa at the hotel which we didn't use but some of the others in our party did. Set in a quiet village where we, as keen walkers, were able to explore the local area safely on foot and enjoy the fresh air and lovely views. In a rural location, the village had a supermarket, little shop, bakery,restaurant and cafe.

A nice enough stay, but room needs a bit of tlc and a little understaffed. The room I stayed was nice enough, reasonably large with nice clean comfortable bed. However there had obviously been a leak in the bathroom that had damaged the floor in the main room. The bathroom was ok but a little rough around the edges, and could do with a little tidying up. Food in the buffet restaurant was good and plentiful, both at breakfast and dinner. Staff were helpful and pleasant, but could do with a few more of them. Hotel is a bit remote with little of interest nearby

Situated in a small village, the hotel is well placed for visits to the Douro as well as towns such as Regis and Viseu. The bus stop is about half a mile down the road if you don't have a car. The village itself has a small shop and cafe. Rooms are comfortable with the amenities you would expect. Food was served buffet styles, plenty of food (even if you had to wait for dishes to be replenished) and good choices. Bar in reception area. Spa and swimming pool (cost because it is a spa pool, not an ordinary pool). Staff helpful and friendly, although they struggled to cope with 2 large groups staying.

Teria sido uma boa experiência se não tivéssemos uma "pequena" surpresa à nossa espera. Fizemos a reserva com base nas fotografias e, em particular, no facto de ter piscina interior. Uma vez que estava prevista chuva durante o período da estadia, pareceu-nos que uma atividade "aquática" vinha mesmo a calhar. Lamentavelmente, depois de concluirmos o Check In é que fomos informados que a reserva não contemplava o acesso à piscina. Para tal, teríamos de suportar um custo (significativo) extra. Pois bem, o quarto até que era confortável, espaçoso e bem higienizado; os colaboradores eram simpáticos e prestáveis; o pequeno almoço era bom e abundante. Só que tudo isto acabou por ficar em segundo plano uma vez que, sem o acesso à piscina, a estadia revelou-se monótona e sem interesse. Assim, sugere-se que a informação acerca do custo extra da piscina seja revelada de forma clara e transparente aquando do processo de reserva.

Estou hospedada ,neste hotel por 9 noites em regime de meia-pensão e quero avaliar o mesmo . Estou num quarto grande ,bem arejado com vista para a Serra e sossegado .A comida é muito boa e farta.Mas quero dar os Parabéns a uma Sra que trabalha aqui a D.Natália , é sem dúvida a Alma deste Hotel, simpática, acolhedora, atenta ao cliente ,sempre pronta a ajudar e trabalha imensoooo ”um bem haja “como se diz por cá ,desejo que a sua entidade patronal a reconheça por isso . E como estou cá á muitos dias vejo que quando a dita Sra.Natália não está, não corre tão bem .No geral estou satisfeita, irei voltar , mas não queria deixar o hotel sem dar está merecida avaliação a esta Senhora.

Instalações super antiquadas. Tiveram a lata de me meter num quarto onde uma parede estava toda cheia de bolor. Cheio de infiltrações. Tomei banho ao final do dia e no outro dia de manhã reparei que o Chão estava todo molhado. Empapado mesmo. Pequeno almoço incluído mas por amor de Deus, nem um iogurte, nem um chá… , nem algo doce nem cereais… que tristeza. Lliteralmente: leite quente , água , pao, croissant manteiga. Restos de melao . Bem tao pouco estava alguém na sala para nos receber ou prestar auxílio caso precisasse de algo.
Enfim. Acho que o 72 euros por esta vergonha é um roubo descarado. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Velho e acabado… não admira que breve fechem .
Em relação a pessoa da recepção nada a dizer tirando o facto de quando reportei o bolor e água no chão nem um pedido de desculpa deu. “Ah e tal é normal já nos disseram isso”… enfim

Equilibrado para o preço. Jantar caro e sem grande diversidade e qualidade. Fraca seleção de vinhos. Pequeno almoço sofrível ainda mais tendo em conta a qualidade dia produtos da região.
