If you want to feel like home go for this hotel, it has beautiful location besides vyas river. It has beautiful gardens, gym, volleyball code and ***y more indoor games etc. You I'll fell in love with the staff. They are very attentive and caring. I have remember some of them, Amit serves food always with a beautiful smile, Priya, Rohit, bhagat are v. Caring on food counter and Satish and yadvendra are v. helpful on reception desk. God bless all of them, I'll visit v. Soon again in Grand Mastiff.

Best Hotel ever. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

The staff at Mastiff Grand ***ali resort were highly professional with their services. The room presented to us were tidy and staff made sure they remain the same. The property offers one of the most pleasant view the one could find in ***ali . Overall an excellent experience through and through.

I am a retired surgeon from United States. Just for the location of this hotel at the foothills of Himalayas and the river flowing just under my window, I selected this hotel but more than anything else everything was just amazing including the hospitality and services rended to me byHarish ji and Bhagat ji and the staff ,at all my mails was catered to me with utmost care and warmth.. thee food was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel .you get more than what you pay for on what you pay for. Amenities,cleanliness, surroundings and hospitality were better than europe. COME STAY HERE FOR UNIQUE EPERIANCE thank you very much .

Excellent hotel... The impeccable service and hospitality of mastiff staff made my retreat most enjoyable. I'm very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. Great, superbly location and good food. Awesome views of River Beas and mighty Himalayas. Perfect for families and couples 5 kms away from ***ali centre Has Fitness center, provides food and accommodation to taxi drivers as well which is very kind of them

Mastiff is alwz a favourite one for us. The hospitality, politeness of the staff is so mind blowing. Special Thanks to Pramesh ji and Satish ji for the great services. The food is simply the best in taste. Location and amenities of the hotel is great.

Overall great experience. Room were nice and clean. Staff is also friendly. We enjoyed our stay. River side view is beautiful, Rooms are specious and have all required things. Hotel location is good. Near to famous places. Best place to stay in ***ali in honeymoon.
