The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain

Great hotel. Food is good and on-site amenities are excellent.

This was our first stay at the Ritz. We felt like family from the moment we checked in. The front office staff was amazing and recognized us through the whole stay by name. We were put into a newly renovated room as the first guest to stay in it. The room product was great. We gave some feedback on items that are typical to a new room and they addressed them immediately and always followed up with an in room gift as thank you. Trader Vic’s is a must do there as is the cigar lounge. It seems like got a special gift or treat everywhere we went on property. We loved the hot sauce and s complimented the chef. later that night the restaurant manager and chef Sethu Abhishekh showed up at the door with a large freshly made bottle of hot sauce and a lovely note. The housekeepers Pankey and Lammas always left a treat in the room with towel art on the bed. The adult pool was so much fun and the service was immediate. It could not have been a better stay!

Excellent experience of staying in Ritz Carlton. Never had such an amazing experience before. The service is extraordinary, From the manager to the cleaners, everyone performs the best service. Breakfast is superb. The view of the city from the hotel is classy. The size of the rooms are very good and the bathrooms are super neat and clean. Rates are slightly higher, however worth it. Highly recommended

all the staff are very friendly and accomodating they really take very good care of me and my family in the whole stay, specially the lamed team in breakfast armien, jahangir, joy, loren, dewa, alam, jenifer. special thanks also to Ajit Kumar for giving everything we want that makes our 2 days stay memorable and we wish to be here for 1 or 2 weeks. everything was amazing and wonderful highly recommended. Osama is amazing gentleman.

Having travelled globally, and stayed in some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, throughout my career, The Ritz Carlton, Bahrain, deserves a special mention. This place really, really, hits the top spot. Anywhere. Few places can get anywhere near perfection but this property exceeds the highest expectations from the moment you arrive. It blows them out of the water. It is simply truly, truly, special, perfect, and in a class entirely of its own. They just do, absolutely, everything better than any other hotel property I've ever visited in my long 40+ year premium brand career. Way, way, better. Incredible staff, at all levels, charm and authenticity. Absolutely immaculate facilities everywhere, both in and out, and a cathartic and rather cool ambience throughout. The staff seem to know what you would like before you know yourself and delivery is flawless. It really doesn't get any better. We stayed on the 7th Floor Club level which is managed by the hugely charismatic, and World Class professional, Haili Carrasco, together with her obviously very carefully selected team of consummate class leading 'Ladies and Gentlemen' . A devoted, professional, and very, very, attentive team it is too with such kindness and sincerity. They are all world class and it's obvious how much they love their work. Mark Nadonza, the Concierge Manager, deserves very special mention too. Before we had even arrived in this breathtaking country it was Mark who had so kindly, and accurately, made so many of the pre-arrival arrangements for us. Superb communicator, fastidious, and thoroughly charming just like every single employee we were fortunate enough to meet during our 10 day stay. Far too many, sadly, to mention individually but they know who they are. If you need more or less anything, a boat, car, hospital, or airport collection, Mark is your man. Clearly another prodigy of the outstanding Ritz Carlton training programme. I've never actually met a higher standard of Concierge Manager anywhere and his team are unbelievably professional with a can-do attitude that is inspirational. We will be back, as often as we possibly can, for in The Ritz Carlton Bahrain I have simply found my most special, and precious, place on the planet. A place that's so good for the soul. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday in Bahrain quite so exceptional.
