Not a lot of positives. Food is absolutely terrible. Breakfast is tastless and as for lunch and dinner. Please give it a miss, do yourself a favour and go out. Ask for my bedding to be changed, knew it had as it smelt of food and was dirty ( picture does not do it justice). I am sure that there are a lot of other hotels that are a 100 times better. If there was one or two redeeming things was the position and the staff (some of them as English was not understood by some ). But I am clutching at straws here.

Everything is absolutely majestic. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. There are some decent options for watching live sports on-site, and all staff treated me in an extremely courteous manner. I'd definitely highly recommend this establishment.

First of all I would like to say that for value of money that we paid and what we get it us definitely perfect. All people whom are working in Jewel hotel were doing their best to make our stay nice and comfortable. From the first minute when we enterted though the door, we were welcome with smiles, the girls from Reception were doing their best to give us rooms as fast as they can (because our plane was late and we arrived almost at midnight). We were 24 person - but they did great job. Bellboys are always smiling on the entrance and are ready to help any minute. In the restaurant every morning is very fresh and different food - for all tastes, the waiters are so professional, friendly and helpfull. The cook who do the omlettes are always smiling and doing his job with love. The manager of restaurant was caring about us so much also. Housekeeping service is very good - everywhere is extremely clean. Maintenence department also very helpfull and coming very fast, always smiling and explaining everything (I couldn't switch off the a/c). We liked a big rooms - like apartments, even with kitchen (you can ask for plates, forks, spoons etc) and washing machine. It is nice when you are staying with a group of friends. The view from the pool is amazing - to Manama and Gudabiya palace. The hotel is in very good location - a lot of glocery shops, restaurants with different prices around. Just 7-10 min away Block 338 with nice cafeterías and restaurants. Some souvenirs shops also you can find there. In the hotel there are 2 disco - and yes as the people wrote before - you can hear music, but we were ready for that and it didn't disturbed us much. We came to have fun - so it was even nice experience to visit it. What I would like to mention - the people who were assisting us are realy nice. It was our second stay, and definitely we will come back again.

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would! The attention to detail was mind-blowing - from the perfectly pressed linens to the meticulously curated local art adorning the walls. The concierge was a fountain of knoOFFICIALOFFICIALOFFICIAwledge, guiding us to hidden gems we would have never discovered on our own. Staying at the Ibis Styles Manama Diplomatic Quarter was an outstanding experience. The design of the building and facilities is functional, yet appealing. The location is convenient for easy to the major sights of Manama and Muharraq. The breakfast restaurant on the 24th floor has a great view. What was most outstanding, though, was the professionalism and service dedication of the front desk staff: always polite and attentive, asking if there is anything how the stay could be improved. They even volunteered to offer me an extended check out time until 4 pm. Very generous! All this at a very reasonable price - I would always come back should my travels take me to Bahrain again.

The hotel is newly opened. However, there are some comments about it. 1. Margarite in the reception wasn’t professional when I did the check-in process. 2. They don’t differentiate between Hilton honors guests from the one who are not. 3. There’s no coffee machine nor trash box in the room which was unexpected!

Just spent 2 excellent weeks here. The service is outstanding and the food in various restaurants can’t be faulted. Special thanks to our room attendant Rabiul for looking after us so well. It’s ideally situated for some great restaurants in Adliya too.

Recently stayed at this hotel, and wow did they make it a great stay! They arranged for me a car at the airport which made getting there super simple and after I saw the bill for the car it was a better price than I had received in the past (next trip doing it again). Upon arrival all my information was accounted for leaving only a quick swipe of my card to be handed the key to my upgraded room. When getting to my room I found that there was a really nice fruit tray with a note from the GM welcoming me to the hotel. The room gave me plenty of room to work and the layout was absolutely perfect for my three week stay. Now with the cleanliness - the place was spotless and house cleaning did an amazing job keeping it that way. The bed was super comfy. The gym had all the equipment needed to keep moving. The laundry area was convenient and the perfect price - free. Finally breakfast. Breakfast had a great assortment, but the service is what made it worth it. The made to order omelets were delicious, and it was so nice to have my choice of beverage ready and at my table within minutes of sitting down. I look forward to staying again and will recommend this hotel to all of my coworkers.
