Podia ter sido melhor. O banheiro alagava, o café da manhã bem restrito e eles não tem a preocupação de repor os alimentos que estão acabando, se o hóspede for depois das oito horas só come resto. A localização é boa. Recepção também. Mas a limpeza eles esperam a gente chegar no quarto pra quererem limpar. Deveriam limpar no momento em que não estamos no quarto né!?

The reviews I read were correct, the hallway and the room had a really strong urine smell.
I tried to ignore that, but once I got to bed the pillows had a strong sweat smell like that they hadn't change the pillow cases in a long time.
I went downstairs and got a new set of blankets and pillow cases and tried to spend the night there and look for another hotel next morning.
I wasn't able to stay there more than 2 hours, the smell was way too strong, I went downstairs and ask for a refund and I had paid 5 days in advance.
Once I got the refund back I was out of there as soon as possible.
PS. My friend got his room across the hallway and had the same issue, we both moved out.

The hotel is cheap, located in the best area in Manaus, decent rooms for the money we paid and very good service.
We rated the place the highest score because the hotel has very high value for money.

Cama espartana e tudo muito simples dentro do quarto com um café da manhã bom e honesto em um ambienteegal . mas uma ótima localização dentro do centro de Manaus Recepção pequena e agradável com atendimento dentro do normal e apoio aos pedidos de informações

Ótimo hotel pelo preço que se paga. Alguns detalhes como o ar que estava pingando um pouco dentro do quarto e uma das luzes do abajur da cabeceira da cama estava queimada, mas nada disso prejudicou nossa estadia, mas são pontos que talvez outra pessoas se importasse mais.
