We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and made us feel like we had known them our entire lives. The hotel was up to date, clean and accommodating with all of our request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Chattanooga and or Nashville because it is located between the two.

The WiFi does not work. Television selection is very limited. The security lock on the room door does not work. Staff seems unable to solve any problems with the room. I would not recommend this hotel and I would be very reluctant to stay at any La Quinta outlets in the future.

Everything is still really new and nice! My room was very clean. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, staff was very friendly, only issue was dog barking down the hall at night.

The fire alarm went out off night left me and my kids outside all night for three hours no room change room was soaked refused to let us back in it was cold my kids were naked I ran down the stairs scared for my life the lady at the front just yelled at me when I was so scared I got no sleep my daughter has epilepsy the fire alarm light set her off we are sick and now I have to drive back to fl on no sleep bc we left for hurricane. They would even give me a late check out. If ur traveling thru and want to sleep don’t stay here. Many other hotels in area by interstate to choose from. Im still crying so tired and trying to drive and they wouldn’t even refund me or nothing. Im so sad today that happened

The hotel is new so everything was quite nice and customer service was excellent but then I noticed it was a Wyndham property and after the shoddy trea**ent I got at one of their other properties (super 8 in Ticonderoga NY) I decided to NEVER stay at a Wyndham property again so I guess it's the caliber of the people that managed the super 8 but I made a mistake I be more deligent next time

The rooms were nice but the wifi was unreliable and for the most part unavailable and there was no hot water in the morning for showers. Would not stay here again.

Booked thru *******. They had the wrong dates (I screened shot the correct before booking) so as soon as the confirmation came over I called them. They called the property and told them the date was incorrect. Property manager refused to move my date to the correct date and they kept the money. Now having to dispute charges for an empty room. Won't use ******* or Laquinta again. Have always booked direct in the past- now I know why...
