I’ve been 3 times to this hotel in the last couple of years and every time, the standard has not once slipped. I last went in December last year and I thought that due to my stay being so close to Christmas I thought that it would be a bit of a different experience due to the staff being so busy however, I could not have been more wrong, yet again I had a perfect stay, the staff ( as per ) were super helpful and ever so friendly.

After booking a night at theatre, we decided to stay overnight and booked the Premium Inn close by. 1st time in staying we weren't sure what to expect. We weren't disappointed, we received a friendly welcome, easy checking and given all the information needed for our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and even though we over looked the main road it was silent. The all you can eat breakfast didn't disappointed either. We would highly recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The hotel had great staff, but the bathroom was very poor and full of black mould around the door frame, walls, and ceilings. I am very allergic to mould. It would not take much to clean and treat the mould. Staff in restaurant and reception were excellent.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in one of the premier rooms and we couldn't fault any of the staff, that we came in contact with. The receptionist was very helpful and we felt like nothing was a problem and we felt extremely relaxed. The food for breakfast was also extremely good as well and the staff were very attentive. We would happily stay here again

Great location for the city...pretty much in the city centre and close to everything that the city has to offer. Rooms are standard premier inn ...clean, spacious and good beds...been with my friend so we had a twin room - one double bed and one single bed. Great breakfast, buffet with everything that you want to start your day great. Right by the river with good views particularly from the restaurant and bar area.

I had a great stay at Premier Inn City Centre West. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and the team welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home. The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Highly recommend it for a fantastic city experience.
