This property is situated in a dominant position among the gentle Maremma hills. The complex is part of an important farm with 330 ha grounds. The house, dating from the end of 1800, have been renovated with care of the architecture and traditions, such as the wonderful "travertino" stone staircase. It can host 11 people in total. Lots of privacy and large outdoor area with furniture to dine oudoors. On request it is possible to take part in the grape harvest, see the cows being milked and visit the zoological centre. Very nice location in the middle of the hills. Buildings look very nice. Maintenance could be better. Every night the water pump went out and in addition we had trouble with one of the toilets.

Das Haus, beziehungsweise die Häuser sind sehr schön und sauber. Garten und Pool sind wunderbar. Die Lage ist Toll, die Sonnenuntergänge traumhauft. Manciano ist ein schönes kleines Dorf. Kommunikation mit Cristiano und/oder Claudio war sehr angenehm und
