Hotel is near in all locations we need to go thats why it's convenient for us to stay in this hotel. I love all the staff very friendly and welcoming even the security is very friendly and nice 🙂🙂🙂 thanks BSA Twin Hotel we have a great stay for 4days and 3nights. And also the view is very good

There are no slippers and toothbrush inside the unit. I called the housekeeping and they mentioned that slippers costs P30/pair and P15 each for toothbrush. Not a nice way for cost cutting. They should've added it to the fee.

We had to wait for 1 hour to get to our room for general cleaning inspection purposes but the room was full of small cockroaches when we get there. We were advised that we can check out late due to the issue but received a call the day after that we should check out before 12pm, lol. Location is great.

Very convenient place to stay if your having a solo trip or vacation. Near to shopping malls and easy access to transportation. A lot of eatery beside the bldg.

BSA is central Manila, near Megamall and the Podium. We had English IELTS exam for visa support, just around the corner. The 45th floor gave a view across Manila Bay, but 4 lifts were overstretched so we waited a lot. Bathroom nice ,and modern, air conditioning was effective in the room, but oh Lord, it was sweltering hot in the corridors. Reception staff are helpful, the central location of this hotel is the biggest selling point. We didn't find the pool or restaurant, or the function rooms since we were busy in the malls, where there are 101 eateries and cafés . Peter & Jovy.

This is our 4th stay here at BSA Twin Towers. It is very convenient because of the location just across SM Megamall and almost beside Podium Mall. The room price is cheap as well. The amenities are a bit old but family friendly because it’s a condominium style room. We will surely book this hotel again.

Hair dryer issues, there are small flies fying around.
I come back here always because of MEGAMALL
Employees are good rhough but when u request somerhing, they reponse quite slow.
