Tvessa - A Boutique Hotel

Excellent resort, quiet and peaceful. I booked a map based plan and delivered food in a room that additional service i got, that's logically correct the food preparation takes time but the food is also delicious and i especially travel with infant i have suspended quality time over there.

We had booked tvessa a boutique hotel from 22nd aug to 24th aug for 3 guests. I am writing this to let you know about the horrifying experience we had there. My friends and i have all raised concerns regarding our stay at this hotel. The rooms are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs, while there are no cupboards and even the lights don’t work properly. They geyser was not working which delayed all our plans and there are no mirrors in the some of the rooms. There is no reception in the hotel not sure how is that even possible. The images uploaded are absolutely misleading and there is no difference between the king and queen rooms when the king rooms are charged much more. The owner disconnected our calls and switched off his phone when we informed him. The hotel gates were closed by 12 am and there was no security guard stationed at the gate. Finally after calling the bell boy repeatedly, he came and told us it is no time to come at a hotel, that too in goa which is known for it's nightlife. He even had the audacity to tell that we came drunk. This kind of service meted to guests is really unacceptable. My friends (ankit sarkar and himadri nag) and i am left the property on 23rd aug today, even though we had already paid in advance. Kindly note that my friends have separate bookings and each one of us are dissatisfied with the whole experience. Please issue a refund for the booking of 23rd to 24th aug as promised to my friend himadri nag.

Was a blunder to choose this as my hotel for monsoons. Pool was all muddy. Yes it is a tarpaulin boutique hotel

Avoid tvessa boutique hotel: infested, unprofessional staff, filthy,. Not worth it!

Pros: 1. hotel staff is very good and cooperative. 2. Food is awesome 👍. 3. Location is great near to beach. 4. Comfort stay in the hotel. Cons: They need to include more people in hotel staff.

Trip was excellent, better suggestion could have been there for ashvem beach by mmt, however food was good at tvessa and sinq the party hotel was best suggested. We had a good time

Stay location was amazing, service by staff was next level very hardworking swimming pool and rooms were also clean
