AHG Donna Silvia Wellness Hotel

Week end relax in solitaria in questo hotel veramente carino ed accogliente! Camere spaziose e super pulite con angolo balcone privato per prendere sole o una tisana godendo del meraviglioso paesaggio. Il personale sempre pronto ed efficiente ad interagire con il cliente, SPA piccola ma con tutto il necessario per rilassarti e con un trattamento al viso da cinque stelle. Un plus va pure al ristorante "Osteria La Pieve " che collabora con loro avendo preso la mezza pensione con piatti raffinati e veramente squisiti. La colazione del mattino è varia dal dolce al salato, e ho chiesto una centrifuga e subito la mia richiesta è stata esaudita... che dire complimenti a tutti ! Sono stata bene e invito tutti ad andare in questo bel posticino!

This hotel was recommended by Trailfinders and we took this to be okay. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It’s clean and the staff are super friendly! The pool is a great addition but rooms and accessibility are poor. The bath room is out dated and the shower is tiny, and in our room lack ventilation. There is not enough sockets in the room or even a usb charger by the bedside. The door access cards can be heard from other rooms on the same floor and the doors need to be slammed to close them. We were offer a complimentary drink upon arriving which never turned up and our room wasn’t available till 3 pm. But essentially and above all else unless you have a car or a boat expect to pay a small fortune in taxis, this is a remote location and other than walks along the lake side where there are a few restaurants and some cafes of which are all nice and family friendly, there ain’t a lot to do with out a means of getting there. Fine if that’s what your looking for and it is fairly quiet. The odd boat/jet ski noise. The on sight attached restaurant(Osteria Della Pieve) is hit and miss, we ordered a meal that basically never showed up and they didn’t bother to even tell us that the order had been lost. Staff seemed more interested in talking to fellow Italians at other tables. Far better restaurants by the lake.

We've been staying here for three nights as part of a 10-day multi-lake holiday we booked at the Dutch ANWB. We were staying with two kids (14 and 11) in a huge apartment with kitchen that offered a loft with two separate beds with airconditioning, a separate bedroom closed off by double doors and a separate airconditioning unit, all arranged around a square and overlooking a nice restaurant. Pros: * Has a full kitchen with cooker, refrigerator and separate freezer * Simple bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no separate toilet. * Has a huge balcony with a full lounge set and two separate loungers. Also has a big foldable drying rack. * You get a welcome drink (juice or Prosecco) * Extremely friendly personnel * Pretty clean but needs some maintenance here and there. * Two very quiet airconditioning units that keep the entire apartment nice and cold * Free parking outside as well as in an underground garage (although there were limited spaces because of some leakage) * If you book half board, breakfast is served in the hotel itself and pretty decent. Dinner is provided through an adjacent restaurant which has a great atmosphere. Cons: * There's no separate toilet, so with two older kids, that can be challenging. * Wifi is pretty bad and really needs an improvement. * The inner doors creak and are difficult to open without waking up everybody. * The apartment has an old-fashioned key chain. But you can leave them at the reception, so you don't have to carry them around. * They offer a decent three course meal, but no dessert. You can ask for it but have to pay for it. If you feel for dessert, better go to the ice cream / cocktail bar at the other side of the square. It has more choices and is cheaper. * The shower had some old sanitation kit that looked like it had mold on it, but it was just discolored.

You definitely need a car if staying here . There is a pebble beach within walking distance. Hotel has nice spa facilities and main areas well maintained , but rooms a bit tatty especially the bathroom and shower was hopeless. Air con refuses to go down and it seems this hotel is following Italian government guidance for public buildings so can be difficult to sleep. Staff though are lovely and food very good.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr umfangreich. Allerdings war die Musik beim Frühstücken sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer mit Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Abendessen im Restaurant war immer äußerst schmackhaft. Das Parken direkt am Hotel war angenehm. Zum Strand waren es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg.

Ha fatto tutto mia moglie e devo confermare che ha fatto un'ottima scelta. Pur essendo fuori stagione, Hotel molto curato, parte SPA ottima, servizio attento e disponibile. Camere ampie, pulite e ben curate. Colazione ottima, abbondante e con tantissima scelta. Una gradita sorpresa per un week end romantico. Consigliato

Ho avuto la fortuna di scoprire questa struttura attraverso il sito Wonderbox e da lì ho prenotato un soggiorno di 2 notti con upgrade camera matrimoniale vista lago. La ragazza alla reception ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza, dopo un brevissimo check-in ci ha spiegato e mostrato la sala colazione, le sale comuni e la spa. Una volta raggiunta la camera con vista lago (solo due in tutto l'hotel) al 3° piano siamo rimasti entusiasti della scelta. La camera era ampia con zona notte e zona soggiorno, 2 splitter, un bagno con doccia. Era ben arredata e ben pulita, dotata di ogni comfort inoltre era dotata di 2 ampie vetrate che affiacciavano sul lago. Ogni mattina ci svegliavano con questo splendido panorama. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa La spa (che era inclusa nel mio pacchetto) non era molto grande (forse un po troppo buia) ma pur sempre efficiente. Era dotata di un bagno turco, una sauna e una grande vasca idromassaggio riscaldata e una doccia sensoriale (Bisogna prenotare in anticipo perché non molto capiente la zona spa) La sala colazioni era molto accogliente e intima, consisteva di una grande e vario buffet di dolce e salato (ah vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità delle ragazze che servivano/preparavano le colazioni che non si trovano così comunemente). Dolci squisiti, tutti fatti in casa, c'era veramente una ampia scelta di tutto un pò e tutto squisito 😋 Per quanto riguarda la cena, si svolgeva nel ristorante adiacente all'hotel (Osteria della Pieve) che avevo incluso anch'esso nel pacchetto. Mi sono trovata benino il cibo era buono (ma non ottimo, ma è una mia opinione personale, forse per me troppo gourmet) I dolci molto buoni invece. Per quanto riguarda il servizio era lento e scarso (infatti non ci siamo tornati) L'hotel permetteva anche il noleggio bici (di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo) e parcheggio gratuito Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto ma molto bene, è stato un piacevolissimo soggiorno e se un domani dovessi tornare sul lago di Garda tornerò sicuramente lì Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff di Donna Silvia Wellness Hotel, un 5 ⭐️ più che meritate!

Personale alla reception molto gentile e preparato! Area wellness curata e molto tranquilla, colazione abbondante e personale sempre disponibile, bravi! Unica pecca, l'insonorizzazione delle camere non è ottimale e se capitano, come successo a me, ospiti poco educati nelle camere accanto, ci si sveglia presto!
