I travel-led as a solo traveler and stayed for 3 days. The single room was slightly small but for a single person it is sufficient however bathroom could have been bigger. But the room and bathroom were clean. The locality is also good and there are many restaurants at 5min walking distance. Overall my stay was comfortable.

Not hygienic, smells, extra charged for early checkin, no restorant in this hotel. No drinking water in room.

The room i got was very small and had a huge bed which took up all the space in the room. There was barely any place to walk around the room or navigate. The utilities were clean and well maintained. But the hotel did not offer any room service for ordering food. We had to order through swiggy. The guests who took the adjoining room made a lot of noise while talking and kept banging the room door as they entered exited. The category of people staying in this hotel didn't meet my expectations.

The hotel is well situated for viviting mangalore. The hotel and our room were very clean and they clean the room nearmy every day. The room was nice and practical. The staff is smiley and polite always ready to give you information. You can easily get cabs or rickshaw for your visits. A few good veg restaurant not far from the hotel. The price is very correct.

Very bad experience i took a room just to sleep for 8 hours i had to sleep in non working ac and had to change room at 3. 30 pm they gave me a very small room

Hotel plaza heights showed improvement on my third visit despite resource shortages. Staff remained kind despite challenges. The property, only months old, sparkled. Receptionist requested a revised review, showing a willingness to engage constructively.
