Location is very convenient, close to the Rizal Park and Robinsons Mall. The old Spanish town is not far away either. Staff are very friendly.

The place is very near at USEM and st. Lukes extensuon if you were looking for a place to stay if you have an interview or medical this is the place to stay. They also have a free breakfast buffet but since pur interview is early we request to have a packed breakfast and deliver it in our rooms. Thanks to the staff. Kudos to you guys.

It was a good stay at Manila Lotus Hotel.That's a good location and i would say moderately friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Pro: strategically located among many entertainment centers and bars. The breakfast spread is average that can be improved with added spread of yogurt, buns and jam. The counter & housekeeping staffs are polite and accommodative.
Con: The slippery floor tiles used for the bath area is a potential accident area. Once the floor tiles is wet, mishaps could easily happen which can be fatal for senior citizens (see photo attached)
The next improvement needed which is another accident prone area is the location of the Television. It is just outside the toilet door on the same level as the head where one can easily bump against the forehead if not careful. See photo of TV location

Booked a deluxe room and was given a free upgrade to the grand deluxe room with small kitchenware. The mattress is very thin, you can feel the bed frame when you sit on the bed, with only 1 thin pillow. No dental kits given and they make up the room every other day, unless you ask for it. We checked in as a couple but were given 1 key card, and managed to get a second key card the following day when we asked again at the service counter. The toilet door was squeaky, shower water temperature was erratic and had lower water pressure.

first time traveling alone, and it was really easy and smooth. The location is so nice because there's Jollibee, 711 store and pharmacies nearby its perfect for your fiance if they'll gonna go to medical alone, it's a five minute walk from the clinic. the staffs are nice and friendly they always give you directions and recommendations to where the fast foods are. and the breakfast buffet was filling there's always a brewed coffee in the morning and fruits. but the gym okay, has a treadmill, though don't expect something big. it's really small they don't have that much weights the heaviest in a dumbell is 20lbs so yeah. but anyway, the stay is very good I felt safe as a first time solo traveller.

Hotel is good it's closed to the restaurant, banks, convenient store even pharmacy, closed to us embassy and slec.
We went here for my interview at us embassy.

Amazing staff! Breakfast was delicious and the hotel is very clean! I originally booked this hotel because of its proximity to St.Lukes medical center extension clinic for my mother in law medical appoin**ent exam for the United States Embassy. Location was just perfect as it was about 5 min walking distance to St.Lukes. Will definitely book here again in the future!
