Harbor Town Inn

Clean, welcoming, easy to get around for a person using a cane. Lovely eating/visiting area off the lobby. Ordering breakfast ahead the night before to be ready at a particular time was great for me. Looks like 2 outdoor Patios ..one with a grill & firepit …very inviting. Easy access from the expressway & at a good price point.

Harbour town inn, thank you for a very nice and pleasant stay. All staff members were very welcoming and helpful. I recommend that if you’re visiting manitowoc that you choose this inn as a choice. Rooms were very comfortable and beds were excellent. Service by staff for room cleaning, were also excellent. 5 stars ⭐️ rating from myself

Paid for a room but didn't stay. Didn't seem to be what pictures suggested. Seemed to be in a sketchy area of town. I would not book online; just check the place out before you book a room to see if it n m wets your standards. My husband and I agreed to move on and look for another place despite having paid for it (too late for refund)!

Was hesitant to stay at a non-branded hotel since with “Fairfield Inn” you know what you’ll get. Glad we read reviews and booked here - especially at a lower price point. Very clean, game room with table-top shuffle board, fire pit, sitting area outside, “timed breakfast” where you order and pick up at designated time which made it hot rather than what you get at a buffet (similar food - you just don’t have to walk which is especially nice for mobility impaired guests). Room was perfect for working/resting with a desk chair and another comfortable sitting chair. Would I stay here traveling through with an active family? Probably not. Would I stay for business travel? Absolutely and the staff is so friendly you feel at home? Would I stay as a couple traveling through? Yes. Would I stay for a romantic weekend? Probably not unless price is an issue. Knowing what you’ll get is key to satisfaction. Clean, comfortable bed, included breakfast that is well above the lower tier hotels. There is no elevator that I saw so if mobility with stairs is an issue request a first floor room. Bathroom doesn’t have large counters so it’s helpful to have a hanging toiletry kit. 100% happy with our stay.

This is an older property, so expect rooms that are smaller and show their age. Mattress and bedding seem brand new, very comfy, though. The public areas are all recently redone and look new and beautiful. It’s clear this place is loved and cared for. Included breakfast was great, bright and cheerful dining area with patio. The biscuits and gravy (not something I usually have) were top notch. We were charmed by the staff, the game room, the sweet outdoor spaces. In short: a place with personality and charm, clean and comfy but not fancy.

Specially prepared breakfast, luscious beds and bedding, bright decorated breakfast room were appreciated after being greeted by friendly desk staff. He even shared chocolate chip cookies, cherry pastries and fresh hot coffee! We did not bring a pet but saw the treats available to give to them. What a bargain price for more amenities than we could have ever expected. Do not be fooled by this renovated older motel…it is definitely one we will return to and recommend. Manitowoc has many sites to experience from free art museum, submarine maritime museum and great restaurants. Highly recommend it

We always stay on our way down from the Upper Peninsula! You will be very happy you chose to stay @ this hotel! Such a great place! Great staff, very clean & great atmosphere! Has lovely seating in different areas,…outdoors as well w/a nice fire pit! Also,has an awesome restaurant w/the best food next door! Highly can recommend this hotel!

Nice & clean for our 1 night stay. Friendly @ desk. No closet-instead hooks on wall. They have a sheet of paper you pick what you would like for breakfast and the time and its ready for you. But we did not eat breakfast here. 4 Seasons restaurant across the parking lot (probably the hotel breakfast is ordered from there?) Wal Mart is across the street and a convenience store behind Walmart.

Entering the building everything looked really nice and friendly desk clerk took good care of us. Unfortunately our stay was short and we didn't get to take advantage of the lovely dining area. Our room was clean. Neither of us thought the beds were comfortable. Definitely would have given a higher rating if they were. Rooms need some USB plug ins for sure. Looked like they should have hired a different painter (so obvious) in the bathroom, but it was clean. We were in a hurry in the morning to get on the road so were thankful for the tasty cinnamon rolls and pastry available along with good coffee for the road.
