The location was absolutely perfect plus it was a huge win by being able to take a car service to and from the hotel so I didn't get lost since I'm not from the area. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very very clean which made me a very happy satisfied customer.

I loves our stay for my husband's birthday weekend the few things that I didnt like was the king size bed because it was a springy mattress and uncomfortable and the blow dryer would stop working I had to wait while it cooled down and reset the wall plug in order for it to work again... However I paid for a premium room and the bedding was comfortable and the snacks were appreciated...They should invest in streaming type TV's like other hotels are doing

There was so mucj garbage on the property. I stayed for a week and the same garbage stayed on the ground the whole time. My hallway got vaccumed once. The elevator never got cleaned and there was spit in there.

Room was nice, good for the price. Shower stall was dirty (hair), and needs an upgrade (gobs of caulking). But rest of room was clean, staff helpful.

Our room wasn't ready when we checked-in at 6pm. The shower didn't drain and we could feel the springs in the mattress. My boyfriend woke up with back pain.

Staffs are very nice. Broken walls. Bathroom was dirty with previous guest hair in bathtub. Walls are very thin. No acoustic. You can hear everything from neighbors upstairs to neighbors next door conversation. Pet friendly which results in different dogs barking in the hallway very early in the morning and wake u up. Overall unclean and loud.

The atmosphere is laid back and the price was right at the time. Unfortunately, we had to clean our own room. Found broken glass, eye lashes, and other trash on the floor from previous guests.

The customer service beat most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for dining options and shuttle service to the concert. Very Friendly even though they were checking in at least 20 people in the same 30 mins. Bravo Red Roof!
