Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel liegt relativ nahe am Nationalpark und Strand. Trotz kurzer Distanz ist man wegen des starken Verkehrs und fehlender FußWege immer auf Shuttlebusse abgewiesen. Vom Hotel aus fährt jede Stunde ein Shuttle. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise war das Preisleistungsverhältnis hier nicht sonderlich gut. Aufgrunddes Preises hatten wir höhere Erwartungen. Vielleichtliegt das aber auch daran, dass uns beiden der Stil des Hotels nicht so wirklich zugesagt hat.

Amazing staff, hospitality, views, surroundings, rooms… everything was truly awesome. We would definitely come back!! Definitely recommend their tour to Manuel Antonio and their hotel tour as well. They never stopped surprising us with their customer experience.

Gaia was a fantastic place to stay. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the room was always clean and the facilities were maintained perfectly. The best part of the stay was the service. My concierge Alex was super responsive and had wonderful suggestions both food and activities. All the scheduled excursions - sailing, hiking and kayaking - were top tier. Clarence, the nature guide, was incredibly knowledgeable, could spot a sloth (see photos below) with amazing precision and his enthusiasm for wildlife was contagious. Even the transportation team was always on time and very professional. Highly recommend staying here!

The property was beautiful and we loved the villa we stayed in. Service was definitely top notch and Jose, our concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at Gaia Hotel. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio.

Wonderful staff, helpful concierge, tours through the hotel were great - especially the Manuel Antonio tour and the hotel’s reserve tour. Incredible time here, would 10000% return. Local public bus (less than $1) stops right outside the hotel and is convenient to get into town. You will need to ask where to stop though.

Amazing time spent at the beautiful Gaia Resort in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Highlights of the trip included getting to know the Hospitality Team - our concierge Alex was available 24/7 to assist us in navigating and arranging all details of our day. The resort has more of a private villa feel. This was my first visit to Costa Rica and having Alex and the team available enabled us to settle in quickly, relax and enjoy this beautiful country!

Very nice play to stay. Wonderful views of sunset from hotel restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is very good. Restaurant staff is very friendly. Concierge service is top notch. Proximity to National Park and town of Quepos, and Manuel Antonio make it a great place to unwind after exploring all day. We stayed in one of the suites with a loft. Had our own private pool. Great accommodations for the price. Booked all tours directly through the hotel. Highly recommend. D&N from Dallas, TX 10/15/2024.

From the moment we arrived, Alex at the front desk made us feel right at home with his warmth and professionalism. Throughout our stay, the entire team went above and beyond. Steven even prepared a special welcome drink for me due to my allergies, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were amazed by the scarlet macaw project, even though we didn’t have the chance to do the tour. Just seeing the birds was inspiring. Our room was always spotless, also the service from Ada, at Front Desk was exceptional. Don Denis, Walter, and the other bellboys were always attentive and helpful. Andrey and "el Parcero" were friendly and engaging, and the gentleman at dinner, whose name I believe might be Erick, gave us fantastic service. The dinner was truly exceptional, and the view from the restaurant made it even better. We left feeling incredibly grateful for the genuine hospitality and are excited to leave a review of this wonderful stay.

My wife and I stayed a week at GAIA and it was AMAZING! Upon arriving at the property the staff was fantastic. They greeted us by name once we entered the gate and brought us up to reception where we were met with a VIP experience. Alex and Stephanie were beyong accomodating and went above and beyond. They setup all of our activities and made all the necessary accommodations including transportation. They even sent me all the details to make sure I had all the right info. Then they followed up with us to make sure everything went well. They set us up on a park tour with our guide Clarence who was phenomenal! He was not only informative but tremendously skilled at his job as well. He helped my wife get amazing pictures of the wildlife and was a pleasure to talk to. Clarence as well was our guide for the Macaw tour and we were given a top notch tour once again. The restaurant staff was superb to say the least. Ricardo, Steven, Adam, Andre, and Steven from Columbia were phenomenal hosts and made us feel like family. The service was second to none. We were made to feel welcome and all our needs were attended to. The food was wonderful and we couldn't of asked for a better experience. Boris the owner would even come greet us at breakfast in the mornings to say hello and make sure we were enjoying our stay. My wife and I loved this trip to Manuel Antonio and a big reason we did was because of the staff and our stay at Gaia. The property was beautiful and amazing.
