No hot water for bath. Also tv is not working. Complained for hot water and tv many times still no responce. Only one guy is very humble there helped lot us. But hotel facility is not good.

The hotel is very neat and good. Prices are budget friendly and it's good stay for couples and family.

I had worst experience in this hotel like really worst, i also launched complaint against this hotel on your customer support but no body yet resolved my issue. The hotel i stayed in was terrible there was spots on bedsheet, bathroom was full of hairs, broken door broken balcony dirty walls dirty blanket many things were off and yet i am waiting for the refund from the hotel!

Pretty decent and clean rooms. Did not use the swimming pool. Dint order any food. So no comments a guy named manas was kind and helpful. Couple of other guys were not too helpful and badly dressed and trying to not show rooms which were slightly less costly.

Could me much better room was not good blanket given was not washed just to stay for is ok good place but not the better one

Very nice place to stay. Very safe for ladies also. Very excellent property. Rooms are very clean, hot water and ac is available. Opposite we have a restaurant also. Cab also available if you needed.

Accommodation setup was good as shown in pictures but actually the arrangement was met. As i have also complained about the intercom not working, tawel was not available, necessary tools kit like handwashing is also not available, reception counter was also not responding proper.

Hotel is good and it's nearby thivim railway station and middle of thivim railway station n mapusa, bedsheet and blanket was not clean atall also mosquito was there and it has 3 star hotel review i dint know how
