房間挺好的，乾淨衞生，三餐食物品類豐富，色香味俱全，還有熱情的馬賽人，很美好的一次體驗…

酒店的位置很好，在馬賽馬拉公園裡麪，去SAFARI很方便。酒店的環境也不錯，可以與野生動物親密接觸。但酒店房間的設施很差，門鎖是壞的，衞生間的門是關不上的，水也是黃的。服務一般。

酒店在園區裏面，外部環境很不錯，房間裏比較舊國內三星差不多，三餐菜品種不多但味道都還可以

This was an alternative hotel as the one our travel agent booked us was flooded in a unusually high rainy season. How grateful were we that it was changed, because this is an amazing hotel. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff just couldn’t do enough for us. The room was great, escorted to our room at night in case there was a hippo sleeping outside our room (and there was) shining a torch in to the woods we could see the eyes off Thompson gazelles. The place is teeming with animals and the safari’s are amazing, Ask for Eric as a safari guide, he is just a brilliant guide with 100% customer service.From the top management down they will make your stay 100%. Great rooms, great food, great service, beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Thank you Keekorok for an amazing 4 day stay and safari’s. We will be back next year.

Execellent site and good staffs and Manager too is perfect it is really a perfect scenary ever, the food was better though you need to improve on it. the rooms are really facing the wilderness and they are great too, my family enjoyed soo much and long to come back.

The place was very nice. Experience was amazing. My lower back & right hand pain got a wonderful care from medical practitioner Dr Wilder. The services were very prompt for all the 3 days I stayed here. My trip was made comfortable because of very expert services from Wilder ma'am. beIN a surgeon from India I was very happy to know that such excellent services are available at tourist spot as well. Thank you for a well job done Wilder. I would be very happy to recommend her to my relatives & friends.

Best experience at MGM Keekorok lodge I have been visiting this place from 2015 I have been to this place 16 times and with every visit this place improves specially after MGM took over this property is in middle of the park so very easy access to all sides of the park, Manish has been always helpful. Great buffet as well packed boxes . Clean rooms with great hospitality Highly recommend Kudos to new Management

Customer service was the best; customer care staff were friendly and always ready to listen to guests. Room service was on point; the room was thoroughly cleaned and when an item is required, it was delivered ASAP. Please improve on the breakfast menu; looks like the same type of meals are provided everyday.

Cynthia was very calm and beautiful recepnist i have ever seen.. The property was also very good located and As per i thought it is the most ambience property in the middle of jungle .. It was a very pleasent expeirence for us . For us i mean me and my family..
