Great location, beautiful and well kept facility, places to relax and places for kids to have fun. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and views from the marina are serine. Room was excellent and had more than expected. Close to restaurants, groceries and many other things.

Property is under construction and is dusty in lobby and common areas but room was clean staff was outstanding

Quick check in process had us in the pool in 15 minutes. Will, on the night shift, was awesome! Would be inclined to return sometime!

The only bad thing that happened to us was at check-in. We told the gentleman not to charge us for parking because we had already parked somewhere else. He told us it was no problem and that he would only charge the 30 property fee. Well, when we were leaving we realized that he had also charged us for parking.

Highly recommend. They are doing remodeling right now. I was worried about this but honestly it worked to our favor. Fewer guests, front door parking, extra attentive staff. Our room was recently remodeled and perfect for our family of four. Great location in marathon!

The hotel room was awesome and the staff were super. The hotel was under construction which I didn’t know at time of reservation. It would have gotten a perfect rating then.

The property was under construction and it is announced as a pet friendly hotel and they are not. The carpets were dirty and the drinks at the outside bar were bad- will not stay here again.

The location was very nice and there is a nice view of the water. However, our room had 3 broken lights and did not come with a mini fridge. There were stains on the floor and the walls were extremely thin so we were able to hear our neighbors all night. Maintenance fixed the lights and gave us a fridge, but the experience overall was subpar. I had higher expectations for a resort.

The place was very clean! The staff greeted you every time you walked through the door. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. There was a cafe that served coffee sandwiches , eggs , yogurt . The place had outdoor games, hammocks to lounge on and pools. The room we was in was clean. And the ac was wonderful to have on the hot days we stayed. I’m the room they provided pool towel , a refrigerator.
They also had food and drinks you could purchase.
I would stay here again. The price was defiantly reasonable for all the amenities
