Great location, beautiful and well kept facility, places to relax and places for kids to have fun. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and views from the marina are serine. Room was excellent and had more than expected. Close to restaurants, groceries and many other things.

Dirty carpets all over, need urgent cleaning.
Reception staff friendly.
Parking fee unnecessary due to the quality expectation of the hotel.

Very nice hotel clean friendly staff nice pools awesome food at the lighthouse restaurant have to try the key lime martini.only complaint was we had the only room with men working outside our window!

Faro Blanco was simply beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We are already hoping to go back!

Very nice property, well maintained, very spacious rooms. The staff was outstanding, friendly, helpful and very welcoming. If we were to vacation in the area again this would be first on our list!! It looks like exciting improvements are coming soon to the property and the restaurant. They have already set a high bar to beat!

Breakfast is lovely, but don’t bother pre-paying for it (it’s not a deal, so you may as well keep the flexibility). Lovely property; no disruption from renovations. Nice to be able to use the Marriott hot tub next door. Not sure what the resort fee pays for, but didn’t feel any value from that (and parking on top of that). Good location - a few places walkable; others an easy drive.

The parking was very easy and the staff were very polite..caring..really made you feel welcome. The only complaint i have is there is no microwave in the rooms.

It was great, liked the bar and restaurant. Only issue is the addition of $55 for one night parking and resort fee of $30 just to use the pool for 15mins
